i wonder if they will start to grow sooner for the ones who dropped already. i heard when they drop they usually start growing right away but growth is obviously minimal.

couldnt tell you guys the logistics on how and what he does to grieve taxes lol. I used Mark Lewis and with out a doubt i would guess its on the basis of assesment, alls i know is that no one came over to asses my home... i do not know what other avenues they exhaust to grieve taxes but mine went down a bit, plus star kicked in also...

Assesed value is the same as the day i bought it 3 years ago... I thought An assesor would come to reasses and base taxes off of the value but obviously current market value on home is down across the board so im sure that plays a big role in tax grievance but no assesor per say reassed my home.

ill let you know next year, this years tax bill reflects the changes... i really hope that is not the case where they go back up. i never heard of that tho where they will go back up the following year after a grievance.

i paid a company to grieve my taxes and my taxes went down... you can absolutely do a tax grievance.

now a days its very common to see a camera aimed at the hunter filming at the same time as a camera man is filming the hunt... the one on the hunter is usually a fixed cam the hunter hits record on while he gets ready for a shot...

from what i noticed in the 2 years of looking for land before i bought, there is no rhyme or reason for some of these prices really when it comes to paying per acre... one agent or owner will ask 2K another on the same block will ask 3k OR for 10 acres or so in an OK area with a bad property layout they will ask 35K for the parcel which is 3500/acre. And you will find a 10 acre parcel same county with a great layout bordering alot of land for 20K really you have to start looking at some properties with a reasonable price tag and make an offer. See what they counter at. Southern Zone prices will prob start shooting up if the anticipated gas moratorium lifts...

i would think the district pays the current salaries, YES... Does the district still give out raises when a budget is denied? If so then the current budget pays for the teacher like woofer stated as they line their pockets when the money should go to the education and not the system... i dont think many guys will deny education to the children, its when you question where the money REALLY goes is the problem, especially when the district always wants more and more... look at the guy in the video, the scary part is THIS IS a reality. hard earned tax dollars at its finest and thats what we are paying for? i dont know about you BUT i dont get cost of living increases every year nor my year end bonus that i used to get due to these economic times and its an out rage that there are people getting salarie increases like mad and benefits out the wahzoo on my tax dollar...
