you have to do what works for you Joe. If your comfortable and used to your regiment then no real purpose to change it. But its not a bad thing to try, only problem is you can develope a slight OCD problem from it lol

i dont mind hunting state land. i have had good success doing so. the bad is i can not really leave a stand in the woods and sometimes always see signs of other hunters. So i really dont know what goes on there during the week or when im not there. i also am wary on leaving my trail cams out on state land.

we are getting a decent amount of snow here on the island this year... seems likes its snowing once a week now

its weird but my mount looks like the day i got it really... i maybe wiped it down a few times with a slightly damp cloth but for the most part the antlers looks the same...

i had him pegged as a 3 or 3 1/2. the gentlemen who scored him said he was a 3 1/2. the points look more stubby in the picture then in person. im taking a picture looking up at the mount, im not a very tall guy lol. but the the a few of the tines were 3-4" the others were 5-7" avge.

im guilty of the de-scenting OCD clan lol does the deer daner work for you? i have it in my pack but only used it 2 times. never really got a chance to experiment with it Hi Geno... I'm guilty of OCD too (even take medicine for it) - just not in scent control. :-\ I do use scent-control products prior to hunting... just not all the time. I think Deer Dander does work. I've had deer walk very near where I had previously walked and hunkered down in a tree top just off the trail, and they didn't spook. ill have to try it more this year and see some results. i like to experiment with scents

Be careful what you post on any site . You never know who is looking over your shoulder ! what Eddie says is true, SAD but true.... all i have to say is wow, i never saw this video and i have to hand it to her, SHE DID GREAT! she held it together despite the situation and the size of the room and put her words together very well! kudos to her, shes a saint for what she said and olny if we had more people like her on our side. Its individuals like herself that will save grace on this topic.

Posting the essay on the forum was fine . It didn't hurt anything . Robinson446 was and is entitled to his opinion . No apology was necessary . But all members don't have to agree with the content of his essay . The thread got off track when Nugent was brought up . Not everyone agrees with Nugent's over the top rant's . Maybe he pas many plus' but he also has a lot of negatives . You gotta love open forums... ;D
