If you look close there is a knick in the muscle..but look at the shape... narrow to wider. Not as in a razor slice but more liken to tooth wounds I have witnessed..also that area is rounded on the leg. Catching skin and ripping could round that area..a broadhead would have to slice through the muscle to get that other side.....just saying....

Personal knowledge,son in law, that's what I call him..mothers dog was shot last year. I wrote about it here...channel 10 and 13 was all over it...for more than one day. For the blind hunting people JoAnn fabrics is having a sale this weekend..from their ad...select blizzard fleece on sale marked down from10.99-8-99 to 2.99...They have camos but also HUNTER ORANGE... if you use the stick on picture frame velcro you can firmly attach orange to your camo blinds for gun season... safty first...then easily detach for turkey and bow...Just a tip and thought...

Our anniversary...and I was home late last night dinner at 7:45...Tonight we are having cubed venison...he's giving it a try again....please everyone cross their fingers...lol I made him several dozen tart cherry,dark chocolate chip,oatmeal cookies to snack on...can make mixed green salad ahead and make mashed taters now.....dinner would be fast and close is at 6:44. I could have dinner done by 7:10...even if I shot one, retrieve and take care of it after we eat...Dang weathers going to be so cruddy after tonight until Tues. night Weds. ...HHhhmmm...why push it...the buck are just starting to arrivewith luck this nast weekend will also bring in some winds to knock down these leafs so I can get the trails cleared before the good weather arrives...Ohhh he's home early...well that settled that...lol

I shot my 8pt out of Rivers blind in my stocking feet and it was snow/raining at the time...I have hunted in my socks often in the blinds with just my long johns on

Well I went out and checked apple cam...6 mins after I left the blind around a dozen doe and fawn a 6pt and the spike and four pt all showed up...they partied until 7 this morning... apparently the new rubber over boots I got for my hunting boots worked better than I thought...They never heard me going down the drive then road...normally my boots soles are amplifiers to every crunching pebble and stone, to the leaf stems I walk on...Today it was such a pleasant walk...even in the leaf litter...dang should have bought those years ago

Not that bad Eddie I have a smart phone, thanks, and seeing I had blood work yesterday morning and then hunting this morning ..It sure was! His last big anniversary gift to me was the Gator on our 35..We are going to dinner...not tonight...I'm hunting I got his card a couple of lottery tickets and a pocket sized telescoping back scratcher...so he will always know I'm thinking of him...LOL Oh and today I will be baking a whole bunch of cookies...he knows I hate that..true gifts

I see no tapatalk posts made it...I went out this am and got busted buy at least one young snorty deer ..right under the stand...so I backed out as it snorted it's way up the hill...got to a stand 100yrds away and settled in..Wasn't suppose to rain until 9 this morning,right at sun rise it started...light on and off until It started pouring around 9:15....I pulled cards on the way out and then had to fix one of the Chinese chestnuts...They managed to get over the fence and yank the tree , tube and stake off to the side...no damage righted it and got home..to see my tap talk never made it...I'm removing the stupid program...ya ya I know it's probably just me. ..UNLIKE the Kindle Oh and Mr B left me a beautiful anniversary card right next to a full pot of coffee...sweetie..
