Well I was out there on tap talk took pics..Hit send...Your guess is as good as mine where they went...Lol.I have no clue how it works...Any how perfect,perfect night no deer..Well until I got to my road side stand where I tried growing a pasture mix...4 big deer 10-20 yrds from stand..Lol....Oh well at least I didn't bust the blind and Apple tree getting out....

Dang I planned on going out but I also planned a play date with River after my blood work this morning...got him back home at 2...got back here at 3 and just finished picking up and cleaning up from lunch...I am exhausted!!!...lol I'm not sure I can go out then come home to make dinner. ...I still have a bit of time to think on it... PS....I got a love you so much ...grandpa...hahaha everyone is now grandpa.....everyone we ran into got a Hi how you doin?... then bye see ya later...lol ...Soooo much fun!

You also have to tag it with you name and number...30 days past end of season I believe.

I believe you can't damage trees and stands can't stay past season,May be different rules for different types of state land.

Around here they leave surveyors tape all along the road...it is basically ,I was here first and am marking my territory.. I Have to say I've never hunted public lands,don't think it fair,but that tape causes me an irrational irritation...Lol

It's not about respect... a good many of you don't even respect living humans in your post ..So that just doesn't fly...Perhaps you should suck it up and allow other hunters to show their legal kills as they wish and not how you think they should . Now we have both given our opinions let's let the guys hunting enjoy their thread shall we.

I'm hearing a lot of talk of deer woundings in cross bow...but do you have the proof for these claims...Now I can say....one can go to about any bow hunting thread on any hunting site and there you will find a whole lot of proof to the woundings that happen with vertical bows. Perhaps you should leave such things out of the equation until you can show firm statistical knowledge of these cross bow woundings. -

Well I have a trunk that would fit all the Saprano's ...so a plastic sled and a tarp... the sled would hold the melting ice I would jam into the cavity for the hour ride home. I checked this all out and keep the sled and the tarp in the trunk in case I take a drive to camp. I did use the trunk here one night when I got the deer to the lower drive and didn't feel like firing up the tractor...the gators bed it crazy high...so I rolled it up and into the cars trunk...so much easier...low to the ground..Grand Marquis -

I posted a link on here a couple of weeks ago that showed a real deer and the guy opened it up for a full view. He then inserted a air hose into the esophagus and inflated the lungs...way bigger than I thought..

Yet I haven't heard all the complaints about the "hordes" of x-bow hunters in the woods those last two weeks. Mind you bows "usual" best two weeks..you just complain when the idea of full inclusion pops up...hhhhmmmm Does anyone remember a bunch of uproar last year during cross bow...I honestly don't...before yep...usually only when the coalition pops up...may be I'm wrong... -

between 65 and 130...never seen them much higher than that....depends on breeders...and subspecies,as I call them ...when the boys were young they topped out 130 and 125..their dad 130 sisters 90-100 and our little Angel 65. All her pups were nearly 2x's her size.
