I bought a Montana in .308 for my father 3-4 years ago. It had feeding issues after the first spent round is extracted and the second round was chambered. For the life of me I can't remember what the remedy was. Dad's killed a couple deer with it and is happy he got it. One thing I don't like is the curve on the trigger is pretty curvy. I like them a little straighter...... Good luck with yours.

Cabela's Whitetail Clothing Goretex Thinsulate XXL
Lawdwaz replied to Lawdwaz's topic in Hunting Items For Sale and Trade
GQ flunky....... -
Lowrance Mark 5X DSI for sale. When I bought my boat this is the unit that came on it. Last spring my BIL gave me his unit after he sold his boat and it was the same unit as mine but had built in GPS so I'm selling mine. I hooked it up to my deep cycle battery in the basement today to show it powered up, it works great but couldn't find any fish in my basement. Includes a "sandbag" type mount along with all original mounts if you wanted a more portable setup. I can't find the owners manual but think it's here somewhere. $115 shipped

It's located in the rear of a church, on North French, between Campbell & Sweethome Rd. I though it was neat.........the "bark" is very realistic looking.

Sitka Gear My review
Lawdwaz replied to Engraver99's topic in Hunting Gear Reviews and Gear Discussions
I still l love my old KOM gear for stand hunting 250 yards off the road but totally agree, the newest synthetic gear is head and shoulders above the old "Pennsylvania tuxedo" standby. -
I'm sooo happy that this is coming (for my area and most of NYS) Saturday afternoon/evening and Sunday. If it was a weekday it'd be much more of a problem for people and businesses. Many can pretty much sit on their ass and enjoy the storm!! Stay safe and sound; take mucho pictures and post them here for a monetary prize, based on judges judging. (No money will be exchanged, we will be using Bizzy's Bit coin acct)

Sitka Gear My review
Lawdwaz replied to Engraver99's topic in Hunting Gear Reviews and Gear Discussions
I only have one piece of Sitka gear; a "2nd layer from the skin" is how I'd describe it. I love it but have other similar pieces from Minus 33 and Patagonia that see as much time as the Sitka. All are great and have years and years of life left in them. -
What would you pay for this snowmobile?
Lawdwaz replied to mowin's topic in ATV's , UTV's, Dirtbikes & Snowmobiles
So you bought it from a client for a song and you’re going to trade it in on an ATV? -
