I’m ready to discuss something really controversial; mandatory backtags for most of the states hunters. Now that’s sure to fire some of you up I hope.

That’s weird. He needs a decent tripod and some more film; almost all cameras these days have three shot burst timers to help get the quality picture most desire. Oh, wait……I wonder if he (or she?) did that on purpose? Lol no way!!

Don’t hold your breath on art values. I have a friend who’s a pretty well know artist in the sporting art field. Thomas Aquinas Daly. The secondary market on art can be sketchy.

Take a picture with something to compare them to. Like a quarter, dollar bill folded in half or your favorite a flint & steel.

I took a ride with Kathy down to that secret spot yesterday. We took a walk around and checked it out for maybe a canoe/fishing trip this summer. Saw a pile of deer pile out as we got almost to the east driveway! Pretty spot...... (no worries, I wouldn't hunt it per unwritten turkey hunter etiquette)

Seems I know a bunch of less fortunate folks who don’t have the room in their garage to put their vehicles. Myself included…… Not sure what a driveway alarm is and didn’t know driveway theft was a “thing” too?

Wait till the get their catalytic converter stolen…….rampant around here.

Biggest I’ve shot (that I recall) was my very first bird. Shot it in Greenwood NY in 1981 with my buddy Al. We went into the local grocery store (Red & White maybe?) in Either Greenwood, Canisteo or Hornell and asked if they’d let us weigh the bird. They said absolutely!! Ran out to the truck and flopped it onto the deli scale. 23lbs and a couple ounces. They aren’t the easiest things to weigh. Regular postage type scales don’t work well and I don’t trust the old fishing scales. What scale did you use Cynthia??
