    I hit it pretty hard today and saw Jack……. This morning it was three hours in a ladder stand then three hours in a box in the afternoon. Drove down in the dark and drove home in the dark. Can’t kill em from the couch.

    Catch a tine to the femoral artery and guys would be wishing (probably only have 20-30 seconds to think about it) they’d have spent the $1.50 on an extra bullet. Or, how about a hoof to the temple? Or crazier yet, a hoof to the mouth and knock out a few teeth? You’d look like the abominable snowman…….

    Lol good eye. My boss wanted to use R B Uren but I did the deal with UR. All good but I wish they’d pick the machine up, it was a one day rental and only for Monday!! It was still there at 3:00 today. No problem though, the neighborhood kids have it chopped and painted some kool colors with flames.

    No and it’s in need of quite a bit more than what we’re doing. There’s probably another 6-8 maybe 10 more windows that need to be replaced along with the front door and sidelights at a minimum. Bathrooms I’ve seen are tired. Kitchen is ok….. Built in 1988, Zillow pegs it at $580,500

    Our project for this week…..18 new construction windows. New interior trim, exterior (Azek) trim and foam insulation.

    Sorry, I shouldn't have phrased it like that. Lets just say it was since the story says "his tree stand fell out from underneath him". Regardless any stand can fail and fall out from underneath you. Thank goodness he had a harness on. We'd all like to know the details but I highly doubt we'll get them.

    At home we have two cast iron skillets, large and small. Ours are probably 100 years old and we use the large one at least once a week. Our daughter wants one and my wife wants to get it for Christmas. Any recommendations on a quality piece we can get her?

    Rob that sounds great! I loved all bird hunting but I guess unless I got an invite, my days of hunting the winged critters is done. You see, for me the use of a dog was mandatory in my enjoyment. You can kill geese in fields all day long with well placed shots but over water, unless you bring a canoe or kayak (or of course a rod, reel and three gang hook or chest waders!) it can be difficult to retrieve them. So........the question I have is; black, yellow or chocolate lab?
