  1. I was just in Runnings, Lockport store and they had a heck of a selection of different sizes of those sleds.
  2. Maybe you heard my shot, I was in Canadice. I heard numerous shots early this morning from what I'd assume were duck hunters at the Hemlock Swamps.
  3. I have to say, I envy your determination Eddie. You go at it pretty damn hard each year until the last dog is hung, health permitting. Get that knee repaired by the sawbones and get back at it next fall, 100% full speed ahead! Happy New Year
  4. I never have either in a mower or snowblower in the past but a few years ago I bought a new Ariens snowblower and two years ago a new Honda mower. Those I'll do myself at some point. The boat (25hp outboard) I've done a few times and the atv I'll do when its needed. The generators get changed every couple years whether they have the hours of run time or not. My chainsaw, weed whacker and leaf blower get an oil change every time I gas up.
  5. What don't you understand about a drive?
  6. Yes, you are correct. That is a Pope & Young beer glass although it’s difficult to read when in use.
  7. Cheers. I’ll probably be asleep by 7pm as I got up at 4am. Uggh
  8. Deployed the umbrella too. Wonderfully effective accessory!!
  9. I made my second trip in three days down to Canadice this morning, planning to hunt till dark but didn't have to. I expected fog and rain but luckily (!!!!) it was only rain. Had a doe and fawn to my north early that didn't present a shot. Around 9am another combo came from the south and that doe gave me a good shot and I took it. She dropped on the spot. That caps a good but difficult season for me. I hunted pretty hard at one farm and piled the miles on my truck, trying for one particularly big buck I saw a couple times to no avail. I saw plenty of 1.5 year olds the first couple weeks of gun season then they turned into hens teeth too....... I shot a buck with the bow 4 doe (gave one to an old friend in poor health that loves venison still at 89 YO) so have plenty of venison for the year. Oh yea, I searched high & low in my truck, the barn and my ass for the PA DWT (Deer Weight Tape) and couldn't come up with it. Luckily I have a scale or two available. She was 112lbs dressed (heart and lungs left for the critters Bizzy)
  10. Hopefully Tuesday if the deer cooperate in the next couple days.
  11. I’d clip it in my bike spokes then probably be upset.
  12. I’ve been thinking about this and this is what’s come to mind; My Cabela’s 3/4hp Carnivore grinder and my Schnee’s boots. The grinder is light years ahead of the first couple machines I had. It’ll grind up 30 pounds of meat in just a few minutes, happily. The boots have been great. The soles are priceless climbing up and then down a snowy slippery gully or side hill. Outstanding actually. The liners are decent and the gave a Woolpower wool insole that helps to insulate. I wear them from about 35 down to the low teens before I’ll break out the beast of a boot from Baffin I have. Heck, with all this global warming the Baffin’s get little use.
  13. Too bad he didn’t Google the butcher before taking the deer there.
  14. This is your first post and you open up with a 8 year old thread? You must have really deep to find this!! Welcome….
  15. Is that one of those fancy chickens Bizzy is always bragging on or is it a 7-11 rotisserie bird? I commend you for the effort. It is so very difficult to change eating habits. I sometimes think I need to see a food shrink, no kidding.
  16. And they'd need to go in different shipments, correct?!?! Somebody with a Hybrid car could deliver them for pennies........
  17. It must be if he blew his condom off.....?? (REALLY, Pygmy has nothing to say?????)
