Glad your bud is ok. How old was the loop? I had a string/cable let go one time on me. Freaked me right the flip out............it was a real "come to Jesus" moment. I don't recall the exact age of of the goods but the condition would have been decent. I wax my strings enough to take care of them but shiiit happens. It was kind of dramatic shooting the bow after the string/cable was replaced.

Heck, I think they are both great but regardless, can I have permission to hunt? Let me know what you find! Your friend, : Larry

Not me anymore. I'd sure enjoy but just can't justify more time away from home or the added expenditures after a grueling 10 week hunting season that just ended a few weeks ago. Good luck to you, skunk dude!

BTDT and have the stories & pics to go along. If you don't LIVE with your bow daily and religiously you need to rethink it. "It" is very difficult, almost all a mental IMO. The mechanicals of it are very doable. Concentration and follow through are so important. The flight of an arrow, shot instinctively that hits its mark is a beautiful thing, magical really. Some of my most memorable shots have been with a recurve, and some of my worst. Cool video but really just another ad for gear...........

Things are looking better but it is still going to be a terrible holiday for many. Sad but life goes on and hopefully people learn from it....................................................

It is really bad here.......still lots of people without juice. It will be a terrible Christmas for plenty, sad deal.

Oh baby.....................what a day. Our power was out from 8am-11am this morning, I yanked out the generator and within minutes the sump pump was powered up. After helping a couple neighbors out and our power coming back I set out to make MY Christmas merry buy making some money.......... I only serviced three basements but had 30-40 calls that are on the back burner. Lockport was hit HARD by the ice and power failures, Amherst it's really only the 3.5" of rain and all the snow melt runoff! Sump pumps just couldn't keep up. My azz is dragging, looking forward to tomorrow...........
