I am grateful he helped the young kid out also but he clearly said I hope "I don't offend.....well if your one then i don't care",Thats his oppinion and he is welcome to it.Mine is we need to be better people and teach(like he did with the 15 YO) rather than make the other guy out to be the enemy.Thats bickering to me.I would have helped the kid out to but I also would have not posted up how some guys in this sport do minimal work and get minimal results for said work.This forum is full of guys that bust their butts to get close,get good shots and blood trail a animal as long as we can to recover the animal if murphy shows up and we do make a bad shot .Just because the kid or the first guy doesn't know much doesn't make them bad people or bad hunters,it makes them ill informed on how to be better hunters and better stewards of the land.

I shoot a ton each year because I love to shoot.I also know guys that don't have the time and don't shoot till the month before season.Does it show?On some hell yes it shows and some it doesnt.Does that mean that the guy who has a max range of 20-25 yards shouldn't go out?No it doesn't.This bickering between hunters really pisses me off,and it needs to stop.I have had bad years where I shot a deer and didn't recover because of various reasons,some were me and some were not.

Wearing camo doesn't bother me, what bother me is the so called "Hunters" wearing it.I usually don't wear any camo out in public because of all the non hunters that wear it because it's col.The redneck thing is also worn the hell out in my opinion.

On a serious note I believe that some squaches are out there,its just regularly they are blowing up the TV with dumb azz shows about them and turning the whole thing into a circus

Narrowed it down to these 2.I had a 7600 carbine a while ago but sold it because I was dumb.I have always wanted a BLR and picked a few up the last time I was at the gun shop but only the straight stocks and they weren't for me.I would want a pistol grip in the BLR,and also either rifle would be in 270 or 30-06.What one would you pick and why?And what one is more accurate?I dont need a target tack driver but want a good 200 yard gun also.

Heading to maine in 12 hours does that count!!LOL
