These are really touch and go.I know a few guys that have had them (including me),we used them for waterfowl and turkey.Mine didn't function all the time and another friends bent and broke parts every year.We all used either 3 or 3 1/2 inch loads and keep our guns cleaned and oiled right.The others never had a problem.

Dead is dead,with that said if its causes you to not shoot good its not worth it

Look at Vortex,I am a leopold guy but my Vortex Crossfire is just as good as my VX1,their warranty is every bit as good as a leopold and a bit cheaper.Past that either one will fit the bill

Looking at for a new semi auto 20 guage for small game and a deer drive gun possibly.What's does everyone think of them?I'd want a shorter 22-24 inch barrel and would get a set of rifle sights to screw onto the rib for deer and also possibly turkey for a youth hunter.I know the 1100's are top notch and I would love one but even used they run big bucks for a magnum 3 inch gun.Let me know what you think
