I'll be out looking to fill any tags I have left, which at the pace I'm going, is going to be a lot. Never underestimate the "last weekend". Last year I got does on both the last day of regular season and the last day of ML season.

This is a very tough question. I rely on the venison to help my family stretch our beef as far as we can. Right now we're getting 2 years from a side of beef, suplemented by venison. I've got 8 tags to fill and the wife's got 4. I intend to fill as many of those as possible. The first 3 go in my freezer. #4 goes in my sisters freezer. #5 is given to my brother in law. #6 goes to my mother in law. #7 goes to my dad if.he hasn't tagged one. #8 gets made into snack sticks. I'm all for a slug dumping all its energy inside the deer and not exiting if the deer drops. I much prefer an exit wound in the event I need to track it. They leak more out of two holes than one. I'm also against shoulder shots. Ruins bunch of meat. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I537 using Tapatalk
