Do they still offer the safety course online? That was a nice "benefit" of Covid lockdowns for my boys. While the safety course online is nowhere near as good as the classroom, their schedules never allowed for the course. I'm in 3S - yet another property in the management program. I haven't been here since 2018 but have really enjoyed the "new dirt" hunts this season. 68 and balmy- had to cross a trout stream to get where I am. A fly fisherman kindly showed me the shallowest crossing point after missing a strike(netted a few small ones earlier he said). Much more open than I recalled but we shall see what we see. Contact local govt officials, go to left based sites and rationally explain/ debate your stance, maybe independent/moderate sites who could be swayed, include here steps we can take to take a stand (besides voting which I hope we all do). If those here are not educated to the state of affairs beyond Grouse's posts, they are not likely voting away unfortunately. The larger constituency (outside of the 50+ active members here) would be moderates. Go get them on our side. Talk to liberals about the difference between hunting implements and how the news portrays guns-I do this often as a teacher surrounded by lefties and "city-folk." The handful On here that are solid left, ain't moving right. The majority of people here support and vote right(which is right). The horse is sufficiently beaten here. I'm in some " new dirt" in a park I don't normally hunt in this program - wind is whipping so I tried to tuck in some oaks near a patch of pines. No great acorns but some decent runs and a rock wall or two that I am a sucker for! I love hunting new spots! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
