Ok I get it and have great respect for people’s special interest and the depth of knowledge surrounding beer is impressive. HOWEVER, if you put that in front of me and called it a beer I would have a hard time believing you. Giving the venison sausage a dance on the grill They were better but still not amazing- I think I used too much garlic and the pork I used was too lean. Trial and error...more error than I hoped though!!! What can you tell me based on the cross-section? Grind too fine for sausage? Some venison burgers as backup!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I imagined he studied them? Patterned them? Figured out how various environmental factors impacted their behaviors? Observed their movements in relation to moon phase? Your point? Oh it must be to learn all of this to harvest only large racked bucks. Or,could it possibly be to understand this animal in a better way than anyone else to then harvest an animal of the hunters’ choosing that meat(or is it meet?) THEIR desire(legally of course)? I hear ya....at some I just can’t stand hypocrisy- sway him no...change him- not my job. He puts his head on his pillow at night and is not my responsibility.
