    “F this Mother-F’ing F’er” might have been the words uttered when I set up for round three and the retaining ring popped off after the first bit of partially frozen meat was inserted (even with the cutting blade “correctly” inserted. The threads of the housing tube and the retaining ring are just not hacking it. Re-re-re-packed and going back.     Auger inserted in housing - it has a “female” end that accepts the rod from the motor, then the cutting blade, then the plate, then the retaining ring is screwed on. Why it pops off theories-Cheap metal? Very thin threads? This is the biggest reason I may not be keeper g the unit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Good luck with that new parcel. I am limited to how I can monitor these properties (no trail cams allowed, no access until certain times etc). The properties are also vast covering many towns in 6 different parks. There are deer but they have a ton of space to roam which makes it difficult Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
