    I’ve been applying to Maine and New Hampshire for 25 years. I’ve donated so much money in their lottery they should name an airport after me or something

    I use the scent free soap for camo and body, sit 20 Ft up in a tree, grunt tubes, best equipment money can buy and Mrs Shapiro down the block, smoking and blasting Sinatra on satilite radio wacks the deer of a lifetime with her Audi. Life just isn’t fair.

    Well now as of 10:15 I’ve had 20 walk by, going to send the videos to the DEC asking why do we get 1 doe permit every 3 years in 3 H

    Well so far I’ve seen 16 does but no bucks

    Just settled in with my climber when another hunter decides to use the same tree. This owl and I stared at each other for 2 minutes then parted in good company.

    Hit by a car in Laurel Hollow bordering Syosset.

    Found this impressive picture of a Yellowstone Bison enduring negative 30 degree temps and here it takes me 5 minutes to enter a pool when the water temperature is only 78.

    Amen. Only problem was with the wind off the water, 2 deer walked up behind me and winded me.

    I have permission to hunt one of the Vineyards.

    Treestand with a water view, we have it all here on LI. Deer or turkey which ever comes first is going home with me.

    It’s like Xmas eve and the day before St Patrick’s Day all rolled into one

    Confirmed that their as far west on the island as GreatNeck. Not much further to that location. Nassau is a ticking time bomb. Deer population is exploding along the north shore. It’s going to have to be dealt with eventually.

    Dachshund Security System, 24 hr monitoring. They don’t care about the tv but if a rabbit farts on the lawn at 2am they hear it.

    Out all morning I see nothing, I come home and their hiding in my neighbors yard

    4!! They have to use a rodeo clown to distract them when they bring in the groceries

    If I compare him to my sister in laws I’d say he’s close to being a B&C candidate.

    Emotional roller coaster today, dropped a doe at 8:55. Waited to see if her boyfriend was nearby. Sure enough a nice 8 with a split brow tine walks up and I blow the easy shot by grazing his back :(

    When stopped by the DEC with a spike in a zone that has AR, My response was He identify’s as a 10ptr.

    A spike staring down an 8 ptr. Like Rocky vs Drago.

    Have numerous pics of him on the cam and he showed himself at sunset.

    Well at least you can get plenty of meat off of her

    I was the same way until I put out the trail cam and have 800 pics in 16 days, no joke. Down side is there all at night. Once the rut kicks in they’ll be up and moving around. Put the time in.
