I'll have to cross reference NH versus PA to see what different states one gets but not the other.

Just talked to a Clinton county ,PA sheriff. Still issuing to NYS residents.

So 7 years ago I took my non resident Utah class. It got me 32 states but as of late PA declines recognizing it. That was in Rochester but since then Buffalo area has Utah/Florida non resident classes wrapped into one. Obviously you need a NYS permit. You can also do a online New Hampshire which gets you as bunch of states with no course involved just send in your check. Easy peasy to drive to PA sheriffs office to get a non resident permit in 15 minutes. I recently learned that a few states do recognize NYS's permit as well. Just throwing this timbit of info for those who travel .

Called Aurora Brewworks in East Aurora. They have Puff. Puff is like Resin but unfiltered and a touch more hops. You need to check that place out sometime. Lots of hard to find stuff, about 6 taps you can drink while there. Barbill next store has great wings and beef on weck.

yes. Tried something different. Had to scrape a lot of salt off but it complimented the sammich quite well.

The_Real_Tcll taught me this method. I'll never do it the "pulling" way again. Our fingers were cramped for days,lol. Now it just falls off the bone, stir with a wooden spoon and it falls apart. Used to put in oven for awhile in between the smoker and crockpot. I've skipped this stage lately. Trimmed extra fat off shoulder/butt, used coffee based rub, throw on smoker for about 4 hours and then crockpot. Easy Peasy. Counting down the 2 hours til I'm outta work and home and eating it.

I'll add perhaps a bandana to wrap around the face Buddy fishes Lake Erie quite a bit and always wears one to cover face. Like Wooly said lots of light bouncing off the water that gets under your visor of hat.
