    Anyone have any idea why when I post pics they more often than not become sideways ? Using IPhone. Not turning phone sideways. I select pic from Photo Library and it's fine. I've seen others apparently having same problem. Thanks in advance

    Man , live from the woods is slow lately. All you guys n gals tagged out ? I'm stuck working and like to live thru the woods vicariously. Ps And stuck listening to Christmas music. If I hear Christmas Shoes song one more time the radio receiver is going to get it !

    I'm a beer snob. Bud will be fine for beer bread. Or any other adjunct lager. Dark stouts for meats and stews Just made smoked Gouda beer cheese soup with IPA Lager for chili and beer can chicken

    Nobody has ever accused me of being bright. Last year I was going for a dark to dark in single digit temps. I duct taped about a dozen hand warmers to my back , stomach and chest. All was fine and made it the day without getting cold. It went south when removing them. Shouldn't have used gorilla duct tape. It hurt so dang bad pulling the tape off ! I highly suggest NEVER doing this.

    I've had numerous deer as close as 25 feet of daughter and I in ground blind downwind of us. None of her clothes were scent washed. Would this thingy help... Maybe but can't see dropping any scoot on it. I can buy under armour hunting clothes at cost. Their whole selection is scent free stuff with price reflecting it. So still refuse to pay even cost I'll make do with what I have. One of the deer in close, downwind. Never spooked

    I sat in my stand this morning , swaying. Then it started to rain. Took a very slow walk of perimeter of 70 acres and saw the same nothing. Windy days I tend not to see much. My guess is deer are bedded and sitting tight. They can't hear as well and perhaps sit tight because of it.

    9H 41/real feel of 32/13 mph SE wind. Looks they waived the rain in the forecast but camo umbrella just in case. Gut pile #1 is gonesville from Wednesday. Almost hit a big doe blocks from the house. In search of another flat top today. Enjoy the morning everyone. ML got put in the safe. 870 and Lightfields today.

    So I just picked up one of my deer from processor. He's been doing it for 30 years. I asked him what good sized doe weighs : 100 pounds field dressed Largest he's seen 143. 2nd largest : 127.
