    Whatever you choose go pointed pellets all the way. Mind you it's a 35 year old pump Crossman pistol Flat pellets would dent can at 30 feet Pointed pellets thru n thru with no dent. Rabbits did not like me

    9h 22 degrees and 6 sse winds. No screwing around today , tag soup so far. 25 hours and 7 deer seen. Nothing worth shooting or no shot. Even packed a sammich and thermos of coffee. Still a little snow on the ground. Let's get er done today boys and girls. Going dark to dark

    allowed to now set traps closer to water. So coon trapping now easier. But now it's time for trapping mink , muskrat and beaver.

    Cut some fresh tracks so I got on them. Soon it looks like a buck also following. Tracked for awhile until I hit property line. Busted out lone doe from golden rod. 40 yards , on the run with muzzle loader. Nah , ain't going to take that shot. Only deer in woods all day. Calling it a day and going dark to dark tomorrow Turkeys were everywhere scratching Looks like a flock of 12-15 birds. Shoot some brown woods goats would you people.

    Shoot a fox with that .270 and you maybe able to stick both hands in exit hole ; ) You need back ups to the back ups. I just reloaded my backpack today. About 6 two packs lol.

    I believe 18 is correct. I like the fact of trying to buy handgun ammo if you have a carbine chambered in it. Pretty sure you need pistol permit.

    after busting 4 of the roost near my stand and heard a few others fly down they're now trying to regroup. Assembly calls currently going on.

    In stand. Booted 4 turkeys off roost. They've been working the woods over scratching. Decent amount of deer tracks and set of coyote tracks. Nice morning to be in a tree

    Almost tagged a beautiful 10 point with the Subaru. Little Rolling Stones Sympathy for the devil cranked up and buzzkill. Stand on the brakes at 45 mph. He was in no hurry as he trotted across the road. Heading in 9H. 28 and real feel of 19. 11 mph ssw wind. Little snow coming down. Going to sit in ladder stand today as I cut some nice tracks in front of it Sunday on my way out from blind. Shoot straight y'all and enjoy the day.

    Why only 4 hours during gun if you don't mind me asking ? I've gotten in 20 in 2 days.
