I remember having smoked sturgeon as a kid that my grandfather got the fish from the Akwesasne and then smoked it. I was very good, he smoked bullheads as well that were fantastic. I live in Phoenix, Three Rivers and they have netted and tested some big ones where the rivers meet here.

Ha wife....why you get all these new rods and reels?....well the old line was bad of course!!

Time to move......

What these guys said!! I would maybe run 12-14 on one rod if your fishing heavy cover, pads, moss etc for bass. But maybe I just catch bigger ones than these guys lol!! I am part of the guilty group of changing line like once every 5-10 years lol!!

I would have a hard time smoking a high dollar piece lol. That said I have heard a brine for 45 minutes. Then season and its a relatively quick smoke at low temp and then some heat to finish to doneness and outer texture.

I have not walleye fished in years but yes, walleye and perch are the top two in my books.

Let it drop. just makes some good buys more attractive. I never jump on things I do not consider to be good long term options as well. I'm a good few years from retirement so still fairly aggressive. I am not presently overloaded in tech as I considered it pretty inflated anyway so I will get some good discounts I hope.

I get that and do not disagree, my Nissan was made in Tennessee. The company is foreign owned and right now myself I try to support USA owned. And yes my Chevy is more Mexican than Texas lol.

On my 3rd Chevy in a row. All been great. Would never buy a Dodge again after my last one. And my brother has a top line one now and is not happy with it. Ford seem ok but every time I have shopped Ford I could get into a Chevy for 7-8-9 grand less for same comparable truck. Have had Nissan personal and business and Toyota for business I really liked the Nissan. Basically any of them minus the crap Dodge are all good trucks, you can get a lemon from any of them occasionally. I do my best to stick American these days even though America is a phukin mess.
