NYS and taxes go together, cant have one without the other.Started out with a old mobile home on 31 acres, great hunting spot. Decided to build a small cabin, mistake, taxes tripled, for really no services other than plowing road. If i had to do it over ,no building, just a nice travel or 5th wheel.

As Red said,I have did the same for my 3 grandsons.

I built a bridge last year for my compact tractor.I used telephone poles cut to length, drilled 2 holes in each end and drove 4 ft rebar thru,placed them about 16" apart, then screwed 2"x10"x12' pressure treated boards to the poles.Works excellent for me, probably overkill for your application.

If you can get enough human hair, barbershop or hair salon, that generally works for me at home.

I will take one for home and one to go.

2008 i bought a 8000/13500 generator, had a electrican hook me into the main box. It ran me around $1400 for generator, labor and parts.It was $3500 for a whole house at the time ,wish i would of went that route. I got a quote last year for a whole house 2200sq ft. it was $8800,cant justify spending that much money now. Just went 4 days with power out, had to use generator, fill with gas every 9-10 hrs.Battery for electric start quit lucky easy to pull start, even with me being on crutches nursing a broken foot. I f you can afford a whole house go for it ,you will never regret it.
