  5. Don't buy without a search, could be a major mistake.Also if you go to the county website you should be able to see what the property sold for and what the taxes are .Good luck, cover all your bases.

  9. I am off from Oct.1-last day of muzzleloader. I hate to say I'm retired.
  10. No clay needed, the fill or dirt that they dug compacted great, no leaks.
  11. Had one installed about 18 yrs ago, similar size your looking at was $3500.I know it was along time ago but a number to ponder. One other thought, when you get ready get someone who installs ponds with the knowledge ,don't just settle for some guy with a dozer, there is more to it than just moving dirt. Good Luck

  19. Well if you hunt till your 70,depending on what kind of hunting you do, i would guess you would save over $2000 +,so i would vote yes.
  20. I have been using a HHA single pin sight for about 8 years, very dependable, easy to setup and use.IMO it is a excellent choice,resonably priced also.
  21. Yes its on craigslist, a lot of tire kickers ,and the usual craigslist trolls.
