I had a rossi .38 special when we lived in Florida. I loved it. My wife bought it for me and I shot the crap out of it at the range. No problems with it at all. I miss it.

what's the buck in the back? He looks like a cull buck. If i knew the 8 would be around next year I would pass him but where I hunt, he would not make it, so I'd take him if that makes sense.

I bought a .270 for my 15 year old. he shoots regular loads out of it and my 11 year old shoots the reduced recoil loads out of it. He will be getting a .270 of his own that way he can grow into the gun. Just my 2cents.

One of the main reasons I Bow hunt is to get the deer in as close as possible to shoot them. I bow hunt b/c getting a deer to come into 30 or less yards makes it fun and a challenge. Anything outside of that is what I gun hunt for. Again this is JMO.

I was in the same boat last year. Didn't want to give up my old browning. I ended up buying a newer but not brand new bow and can't believe the difference. First thing is the weight savings. Second is how quiet and smooth shooting my new bow is. Plus I really enjoyed sighting in the new bow and tuning it.

Only took me 2 seasons to switch. Slick trick 100mags on my GT prohunters now.

i shoot slick trick mag 100's and have a set for hunting and a set for practice. I shoot them every once and awhile just to make sure they are still hitting where my FP are.

it's illegal to use but NYS WILL FOR SURE TAKE THE TAX MONEY. That is why the stores can sell it. Plus then they will take the Fine money if you get caught wit it.

Right now the eyes are Deep. 20-30+ FOW. We are using Sonars, Bucktails and worm harnesses. Gold seems to be the color for Sonars and worn harnesses. SLOW, REAL SLOW retrieval with the harnesses. Black and purple or Olive bucktails tipped with a crawler. Make sure you have a stinger hook into the tail of the crawler.

16 LBS. We went out of Port Ontario. We were on my buddy's dads boat which is docked in Port Ontario. He is good friends with a charter captain and they share info on where the fish are etc. It works out great.

Ended up boating three salmon and one lake trout. Not bad for our first trip this year.

Walleye,bass and perch on soft water with some Salmon and lake trout. then it's Walleye,perch and pan fish on the hard water.
