Not quite accurate. Early bow in the NZ starts on the 27th, from now that's 23 days, early bow for the SZ starts on 10/1 which is 27 days.

Not sure many would pass that buck up. I wouldn't! Certainly not a yearling. Mass might a little on the lean side, but still pretty nice on the wide wide.

My countdown would be 25 days. Can't do hours or minutes, if the weather is good have to set up camp, put the pop up blind up, eat some lunch and then hit the blind.

I breaded them myself. Egg wash and then flour mixed with crushed red pepper-habanero spice-chili powder-garlic powder-cayenne pepper powder-smoked paprika-sea salt-black pepper. I even made the sauce for the garlic-parm wings.
