Fini. Time to find better options to make the sale, and if it doesn't sell so be it. Can a mod please lock this up @fasteddie ?
-
I have a potential buyer for just the ammo. I didn't want to split it up but it is what it is. $395 for the shotgun and case, buyer still pays all transfer fees. Still local pick up only. If I don't have this sold tomorrow I'll have to remove the offer from here as the other site I want to list it on I have to pay fees for the sale even if I cancel the listing.

Very sorry to hear that. I hope by some way your pup gets through this. I know exactly what you're going through. We found another lump on our pup back before Christmas. This was the third one. When they did the surgery to remove it we were informed that it probably wasn't good as the fingers from the tumor were already spreading. We got the results back a couple weeks ago and we are in the same place. It's cancerous. Hard decisions have to be made and a hard look at out financial situation have to be made. She's 11 so that makes things even more difficult.

I still think my analogy fits. But we all read into written text differently. Perhaps there was something going on the general public didn't see? This will turn out to be a he said she said thing in the end. I wonder how pillow dude is holding up over this? I'm 100% positive it will not hurt him in the end, especially financially. If he was banned for misinformation that's not political and if that's true no violation of his rights were made. So once again someone got worked up and off on a tangent over nothing except to post a knee jerk reaction to something when they don't know the entire truth to the whole story. Sort of like Mr. Gloom and Doom who is no longer with us. No I don't go on Twitter or any of those foolish sites. It took me a few years to get my Facebook page under control and that's bad enough, the only reason I keep that is because it's geared towards a few family members. I'm growing to despise sites that are mainly a focal point for constant political fecal matter.

Look at it like this: You own your house right? How would you feel if a bunch of people waltzed in and just did or said whatever they wanted? Dropping cuss words like rain in a monsoon. Would you get pissed off and tell those people to leave? My bet is yes, you would make them leave. If they did not leave you would either get physical or call the cops to get them out. hence in a way you'd be banning those people from your home. There's no difference in owning a web site or social media site. The owner has the right to allow or not allow whatever they wish. If you don't like it then just do go to that site. Why do people insist on pissing in the wind and then complaining about it if they get wet?

There are no words to express how I feel about people who by a truck to keep it in a garage. Well there are, but I digress. Get some damn dirt on that fn thing already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not yet see any plush carpeting. When do the installers show up?

Exactly why I brought up it up. I will say with full honesty, I have let deer pass the past two years because of that regulation. I hunt mainly public land and most of it's close enough to homes that someone would surely make that call and DEC would come a looking or be waiting for me at my vehicle. Maybe not so much during the bow season, but I figure I may as well just follow the Reg. and not deal any "What If's". I sort of like having my privilege to hunt. As for the other two things you mention.. I saw/read nothing.

Listen, no one here ever breaks any of the laws or rules! I notice that the Sunrise/Sunset reg was avoided on that list. Hmmm................................

With all the screwed up crap going on in the world it's so good to see it's the important things like this that keep people up at night. Let me play Devils Advocate ( Oh how I love to do that ). How does this effect you personally? What are the reason that this has such a profound impact on your life? I'll wait while someone busts out that the internet is bad for those on the right. But while I wait here's something to ponder- WHO CARES! If the internet ticks you off so much then stop using it! Boycott Dicks and Walmart but cling the internet like it's the last life preserver on a sinking boat.

Back to $575.

I'll be listing it on some other sites tomorrow. I wanted to give the good people here first crack at the gun. Today only, $500 and buyer pays all transfer fees! That's more then fair for a gun that's selling in this condition for $380-$410 on many sites and you're getting a lot of ammo at a good included price. Local shop closes at 5PM and it's the best price for transfers in a 10 mile radius of me, all fees around $40 including the transfer and NICS check. Most places charge $30+ for transfer and another $25+ for the NICS check. Plus if NICS has a delay they charge for holding the gun. So at 4PM this offer goes off the table.

$575.

There is no more football until next August. The fat lady sang and seeing I despise Brady, and will not root for KC, it's over until the 2021 Pre-Season.

Had some things come up so I'm selling my TriStar Raptor 12. Local sale only and to be made at my local FFL. Buyer pay's all transfer fees and storage fees if NICS doesn't go through promptly. I'm around the Ravena area. Gun is in excellent condition, does have one mark on the tube bolt. This thing really prefers high brass. 27" VR barrel, choke system uses Beretta and Benelli chokes. No extra chokes or choke wrench. Shotgun, wool lined soft case, and 148 rounds of ammo. Asking $600 for everything. A smidgen of wiggle room but not much. Serious inquiries only please. PM me for questions or to make arrangements to buy. Thank you kindly for looking.

This Is What Your NRA Thinks Of NYS

Bullshit on that crap riding coat tails! It's just filler noise like I said! I only pay for a service that does what it says it's going to do! If I pay someone to install a shed in my yard and they put it on the neighbors, I'm not giving them a dime! I don't know how many times it has to be said that this "Organization" hasn't done jack over all for NY in over a decade! They even quoted themselves a long time ago stating they had given up on NY the same way they did CA. I don't want to hear "If they don't have the money coming in to fund this or that..." either. If the top dog stopped using your money on $5000 suits and put it where it supposed to be, maybe there could be a solid foundation for that to stand on. There will be no taking of people guns because the people will not stand for it, it will get ugly and the NRA will not be there to help anyone if they do come for them. They will file an injunction to try and rescind the laws put in place, by then it will be to late. If anyone thinks Biden isn't going to be just like Clinton when it comes to guns and make Executive Orders you're crazy! They have said over and over they can't win the fights here because Cuomo and his supporters are too strong. -
This Is What Your NRA Thinks Of NYS

What part of they are turning their back on NY is hard to understand? Don't give me that bullshit about "If you don't pay or aren't a member." either. It's just filler noise! I don't have to give a hooker money to know it's a risk not worth the reward. If they aren't backing your home state and you give them money it's no different then buying a car you can't drive. It's nice to look at but it's as useful as boobs in a briar bush. Why would anyone give money to an organization that isn't truly looking out for their best interest? Then again, it's your money, do what you want. The proof is in the pudding, and the pudding has been sour for a long time here in NY. I posted their intentions, and they need to change the name to BRA. Bureaucratic Rifle Association, because they aren't stepping up for the whole nation anymore. -
I never knew she was a hunter. A cute little devil yep. RIP.
