Took this 8 pointer this morning 15 minutes into our first hunt

If hunting was really in your DNA you would realize that every hunter has different goals & different ways to hunt. I personally have been hunting for 28 years to this day I could give a rats A@@ about antlers or a 200# deer. the first legal deer I get a clean shot on will & does go down. As I have stated so many times before I am just as excited when I get a 100# doe or a 180# buck & when that feeling stops I will hang up the Bow & rifles! NFA-ADK make sure they know it doesn't matter what anyone thinks every deer kill is a Trophy & they should be proud CONGRATULATIONS to both of them

I hope he is right for all your sake & I am sure LetEmgrow's hunting spots are a lot better then mine in NY unless he would like to come to NH wouldn't mind showing anyone on here my NH spots then you all could see how great hunting is in NY

Yup sounds like me. I have the same luck last year I decided not to hunt a stand one day & the Big 11 pointer I had been after for 4 years skowed up & got shot less then 300yrds from my stand guy said he walked right past my stand pics proved it!

Bummer but at least people wont be hounding you for information on your hunting spot

Ok have not used these heads yet when I was using the Rage I had a package of replacement blades for emergencies but my shop was out of them for the carbon tuners will just have to try my best not to hit the dirt with them LOL

running innerloc carbon tuners was just wondering in an emergency (so to speak) if I should use my cheap little pocket knife sharpener or will it not put the correct edge (angle) on it sharpener is one of the oval 2 step paddle looking sharpeners I think it is a smith

anyone ever try a regular knife sharpener? do they work or are the angles different then a knife?

And I went from the WB to the drop away before I got the red zones LOL

I am going to try this in my area in NH so I can get all the bucks within 10 miles on my property

No issues with the Redzones Love the way they fly & seem to be pretty stong to me I don't think they are noisy but I use a QAD HDX drop away

think I found it I do believe they were on the beech trees http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beech_blight_aphid

VT Outfitter saw them last year on a lot of trees in WNY wondered the same thing they were not on apple trees either
