There more but it’s a good snapshot of the fun that was had. I will say that sticking to a strategy / mindset made a lot of difference this year, even if agility was part of it!

I don’t post many game pics on here in recent years, but with season over, I figured I’d share some of the ones I got. It’s not an entirety but just random ones that I thought were interesting. Several will be sent images from cell cams. i will add them in replies.

What Was Your Biggest Disappointment This Season?
phade replied to squirrelwhisperer's topic in Bow Hunting
Hurting my back dragging a buck out was a disappointment. Toughed it out on a short stand a few days later and physically couldn't take it any longer and spent the next few days after that in bed. The buck that had been torturing us for years showed up there less than 90 minutes after I left that short stand and would have been a very easy to make shot. He was killed later in firearms season. Deer like that have only come around once every 5 years or so for me and I can still count on one-hand bucks of that caliber that I've had the opportunity to chase. Outside of that I have much to be appreciative and thankful for. I still managed to shoot some nice deer as did my hunting partner. I will focus on that long-term. -
I have one Ghost on hand; I have some ATT and Verizon Stealth cells. Sold out of almost everything else with the holiday here. Next shipments will likely be after the holiday itself.

Late Season hot doe...photo sequence.

I'm surprised you have free time to post with all those bucks/capes to clean up using your trusty xacto knife. -
whats involved in leasing land? and how much $$
phade replied to maplehillfrm's topic in Land For Sale, Lease, and Requests
If you lease, make sure the hunters know you might put it up for sale. -
CCI209M has been a staple in all of my muzzleloading seasons. Burn baby burn.

That was an effort of big size. Well done.

Crap, dbl post. Good eye.

I think there is some confusion on the product names based on images and replies. Doghouse is a spring style blind whereas the hub styles have a few different names but one with the "house" moniker, which is the "brickhouse." Just a point of clarity should someone reading this read and order, then get something different than what they thought.

typical or non-typical whitetail which one you like better ?
phade replied to Hunter007's topic in General Chit Chat
I'd wager 10% or less of this forum has ever killed a 6+ yo buck. I'd wager less than 5% of the general hunting population has ever killed a 6+ yo buck. -
Truth.

Finally able to at least climb and be more mobile while awaiting neurosurgeon appointment next week. Had one of those hunts Sunday morning with a plan to get this guy and it worked. There's a couple more opportunities for late season MZ; finishing strong!

Here's one of your NYC brothers, lol. At least he's upstate now!

Ghost is the newest model. The regular Gocams are good but have some aged technology/limited features. The batch send and the battery life performance are probably the two biggest reasons IMO.

These are a little degraded since I blew up the second pic, but it gets you detail you need when it's important. People have gathered license plate numbers, even back tag numbers from sent images.
