yeah thats a side mounted scope but see what i was saying you have to get use to shooting it higher than with the iron sights or a scope mounted low like the marlin what i did was i rested my jaw against the stock 5'' groups @ 100yrds is as good as it gets with any Winchester 30-30

yeah im a little leery of anything made in china go into the .99 cents store and get some razors and shave with them and tell me how good they are and use their shaving cream. and the screw drivers that twist at the blade ,allen keys that dont fit and pliers that fall apart i could go on and on and its not 99 cents any more. look at a sks and see how well made they are never mind shoot one.the chinese are not know for their quality control look @ the kids toys a few years back with the lead issue and other chemicals in the paints they use. and just my humble opinion. now about the rage[which i use] they had their quality issues too they open at the worst time and were hard to keep closed.you shoot it and the 'o' ring would break and had to replace it, i spent $22 on the replacement blade WOW what a waste of money it was impossible to get the pins out and when you did and put the pins back in they never opened right [it fixed the problem of them opening though]and to pay$40-$54 for three is insane.oh and look @ the yeti coolers $400 and you cant fit anything in them except ice

hey everyone i was watching the news this morning and they were talking about trump and the NFL controversy [of course they all have to give their commentary] i mean this guy kapernick did this last year when obama was president they are making it like trump created this.also this issue is over a year old . think back to the summer of '16 .trump like him or not for it doesnt pull any punches and obama [who i voted for twice] says nothing the typical liberal response when theres an issue that doesnt conform to the party line its like oh it will blow over stay quiet.i voted for trump too cause he goes against the hollywood elite[ yeah we got liberal elitist here in new york big time] what i like about him he's not afraid to confront things head on and not stick his head in the sand like the liberals.we know where he stands. as far as the NFL players as americans they have a right to express them selves but to but to disrespect the flag is going about it the wrong way people died for that flag and they didnt have a choice they gave that right to us

thank you so much thats what i did and i found out the peep was moving on both bows the wraps that secure the peep was too far apart i tighted them up so the peep couldnt move when i drew the bow back. and i had to learn to shoot all over again not punching the release and wow did i have a bad case of target panic had to relax and focus on the bullseye thank you everyone and i learned my lesson if its not broke dont fix it

no i was @ the range and he was watching me shoot and said the peep was too high.hes very busy this time of the year so he took some time to help me.i had trouble seeing the pins in the first place and he was trying to help but it made it worse so he said he'll take a look again maybe tuesday but like i said he's extremely busy ' i think the string is twisted thats the only thing that makes sense thank you i hope to shoot tomarrow and see if i could undo what i did

hey everyone well hes the story i bought another bow and was shooting incredible well one day i got out to shoot [it was upstate] in the morning and shot horrible and it stayed that way in my pro shop the guy lowered the peep sight and couldnt see the pins i have to smash my nose in the string to see anything and to say the lest not hit anything either. i know i was punching the release and went back to my old way it got better but not much. well i picked up my old bow and was amazed i could see the pins i lowered the peep cause i wasnt use to shooting it well that was a mistake i couldnt see the pins either moved it back but it didnt help still have to smash my nose in the string and cant see the pins . it use to be i raized the bow and drew back and everything was there no searching for the pins . well i hope you folks have some suggestions its so close to hunting season for this to happen

i have a charcoal water smoker you know the upright one from brinkmans and that has a pan you put water or wine or apple juice in it sits between the coals and the rack the meat sits on i made an au jus from that just kept adding water . google steve raichlens project smoke or bbq university hes the man for smoking meat and i think he has a blog or something you can ask him a question

thank you i understand i need the muzzleloader tag too i went on the D.E.C.website but like i said was a little confused. well i my friends been bugging me to get a muzzleloader. i had one years ago and i posted about it on here well things have changed since 1990. when i was shooting muzzleloaders it was sidelocks #11 primer 90 grains of ffg black powder a .90 ball and a .10 patch and the thing goes boom.

hi, i was at a funeral for my friends dad [ wow what a sportsman he was lake ontario for salmon, hunting in colorado for mule deer and montana for antelope]well i told him im really syked i got a doe tag so technically i could get 4 deer cause have my archery tags and i could get a buck with my regular licence well he said no i need the muzzleloader tag to get the either sex with the bow or a antlered deer so you are my go to guys for this i looked on my licence and i dont have a muzzleloader tag.do i need that for archery too thank you

hey man good to see you again my expierence with older 94 i had a few[i really get off watching the rifleman even as a kid love the gun] its better to sidemount the scope its closer to your eye relief like shooting a rifle mounted normally but what i found is that you have to get use to having your cheek a little higher on the stock like shooting with see thru sights. i got my eight pointer with a '75 model 94 w/ a sidemounted scope.

yeah you want blackfish from shore fish the jetties, if you dont mind taking a ride for the best blackfishing on the east coast grab a boat in orient pt. im very parcial to the brooklyn girl they run as a party boat and as a charter and montyman as a six pack charter but any boat out of there is good. right now its seabass the best eating fish there is
