wow thats great hearing that made my day its nice to see families fishing i want to take my grandson to greene county to trout fish

hi everybody i went to greene county to do a little fly fishing forgetaboutit the rivers were running to fast from all the rain and snow melt it was good to get on the water a little and cast some though. i want to ask if any one would have an idea when they would stock the streams. i fish catskill creek and ten mile creek in oak hill i looked on the dec web site and it was very vague it didnt even show that they stock the streams in oak hill but the locals told me the dec do stock them but didnt do it yet thank you i want to take my grand son up in a few weeks and would like to know when they stock the streams

if you get a chance to read anything by the benoit family they only track and still hunt and no scopes they're amazing well its no secret that deer bed down during the day yrs ago i was hunting ten mile river in sullivan cty was in a boy scout camp w/ lean toos i walked 3' passed a doe didnt even see her got on a hill where the leantoo was and the sun at my back my shadow cast over her and wow she got up and took off i took a shot but missed she was dead asleep where i hunt in hancock the mountian faces south and we would find deer sleeping my friends have shot a few like that i mean dead a sleep its about knowing the terranine and hunting with eyes always looking for sign. another time i found some deer scat man the steam was still coming off it i just followed the trail and sure as hell i caught up with a fawn of course i didnt shoot but man did i feel like an indian so cool thats what its about the challenge

there always a friend that hunts can give you or prepare it for you no one in my family will touch it so i make it for my neighbors also depending where you live theres always a charity beast feast the features only wild game venison buffalo and elk and moose

hi just my two cents baiting is putting the odds i your favor i minds eye it sends a wrong message if you can call it cheating so be it .get a deer at all cost never mind doing your homework and strategy and putting the time and effort in to it . to bait to entice deer for a tv show [for rating needs a kill to make better tv] or just to shoot a deer. its not about the expeirence to enjoy the time a field no one who dont hunt can understand what we go though sitting for hours hunting can be as exciting as watching paint dry sitting in the snow freezing rain and 12 deg weather all for a chance just to see a deer thats where the sport comes in its what we endure for what we love to do as far as a food plot i believe and again my oppinion it enhances the herd and a good thing its my birthday 3/21 please comment nothing like a little advertizing lol

im not suprised the one in middletown was so nice years a go with the mounts it has been down hill for a while so expensive went around the corner to dicks and the service went the same way horrible i seen where i live sports authority went under too they had i dont care atitude there too dicks took them over by me

im currently using the original rage and constantly have issues with them opening and not locking in the rubber ''o'' ring was thinking of switching im also looking to get the new rage with the shock collar i love the way the rage shoots but willing to try some thing else

hi i bought the samick sage from three rivers archery it was the best thing i did i have alot of fun with that bow the only thing i bought the package man was the stuff they sent me was crap i had my pro shop out fit me with better equipment like the glove was junk and the silencers where junk too a i originally bought 60# limbs with the intent to hunt with the bow well let me tell you that was a mistake i bought 50# limbs after the fact i know you 'll have fun with it too just let your pro shop out fit you with the right arrows oh also the bow string was junk too i bought a better one from my pro shop good luck

3d shoots are fun when the weather gets warmer cold deffently has an effect on archery equipment it good practice for hunting season too i go to thrill of the hunt on long island its really cool its a game where you shoot at all the tragets with a white marker then all the blue markers and so on really great practice

wow charlie i posted last week i was going to the harrisburg show i seen alot of outfitters from ohio we probubly rubbed shoulders or bummed into each other lol it was alittle congested saturday but i enjoyed the show
