    Holy hot walk in...first time hunting the swamps. Had crappy signal so couldnt post anything. Got in around 2, saw about 50,000,000 mosquitoes by 3, 2 chimpmunks and a squirel by 430, and small buck at 530. Then the monsoons came and out i went. May go back there friday afternoon.

    Ive rattled bucks in, in the first week of bow. Not crazy rattling, light rattling. I had a 4 and 6 messin around behind me opening day 2 years ago. Started doing light rattling early on after that.

    Ill be toting a 6.5 grendel for deer again this year. Love it.

    Pretty sure ive been seeing this group for 2 years now. Missed one last year during archery, clipped a branch and watched it sail past his beak.

    Im goin to give stateland a try for the first time this year. Ill be hunting iroquois wildlife refuge in 8g this year. Ill also be hunting my 46 acres in my backyard but kinda want to see if i can get a good buck on stateland.

    It will cost ya some cash but potf shooting range in Batavia is very nice. They have 2 lanes, one out to 400 yards one out to 700 yards. U get a 3hr block of time for $30, if you stay less than 3hrs its a flat $25. You have to call because it does book up fast.

    Yes its a 9, i would love for my brother in law to get a crack at him. Has hunted a long time and never shot a buck this size.

    Loaded up some 107 sierra tmk for coyotes this year. Sitting on top of 28.5gr of 8208 in hornady brass and cci br4 primers. Getting half inch groups at 100 with this combo. Cant wait to see how they perform on a yote.

    Ive used the hornady black eld-m bullet on 2 deer in 6.5 grendel. First was a good sized buck. Shot was maybe 65 yards,bullet hit shoulder blade and never exited. Found the jacket under the skin opposite side. Second was was a small doe, hit in the ribs at 80 yards. Pass through. Both deer dead in 50 yards.

    Howa 1500 mini action in 6.5 grendel...i love the caliber in my ARs, can be loaded from 90gr projectiles to 130s. My 10 yr old shot a fallow deer this year with a ar in 6.5. He was practicing a couple times a week and no complaints of recoil. Hell it would be differant than all the other suggestions! Lol

    Lefty Mission ballistic 28" draw length, 70lb draw. Beeman ics whiteouts I have had it 4 years, 3 bucks, 4 doe under its belt.

    The hole was pretty wide around, larger than any woodchuck hole ive seen. Also no other tracks on it but yote tracks.

    Dig a den in my field...tresspassing son of a guns! Was mowing a chunk of my field today when i came upon this den.

    I walk this area every year before the season and never hunt it...when the option of walking out my back door and hunting or driving there and climbing a tree i get lazy. But this year i really want to check this spot out during bow.
