There's a chance u could "shank" a 30 yard shot but u take it. Why bash a guy because he does something you cant.

I really can't understand why people get so upset watching one of the best archers around take a shot that HE is comfortable with. To say some young kid is going to watch this and wound animals is what's going wrong with this countries way of thinking. I'm 33 yrs old, when I was a 14 yr old with my bow I was taught never to shoot past 20 yards. I never did. As I got better my distances grew. I'm now comfortable shooting to 60 yards if everything was perfect. I knew my boundries and more importantly I was taught to respect the animal I was hunting, and because of that I would never just try a shot to see if I could hit the deer. This man has fired more arrows than probably most of the people that have responded to this thread combined. He is a amazing shot and knows his abilities. I say you should be able to see something like this and appreciate the skill and preparation it took this man to be able to shoot this well. If you don't like it don't watch it. Pretty simple.

3 years ago I drove 30 miles from hunting land to home. I had my leupold range finder sitting on my bumper the whole time. Crazy -
I've been shooting nocturnals for 2 years and haven't noticed any difference between them and the nocks that came on the arrow. Like stated above make sure they're seated properly they are a tight fit.

Also this is my 7 year old son's deer target, that's why it looks like it's been to war. It's what he asked Santa for last year. This year he's asking for a new bow.

Sliced a vane on my GT hunter xt leaving me 3 arrows. Was going to get 6 more but I found that I had 5 carbon express maxima blue streaks. They are .6 gpi lighter than the GT maybe that's why they were shooting high. But after adjusting the site this is my first shot at 60 yards. They pentatrate better than the GT's. The CE are 350 spine and the GT's were 340, not sure if that makes much of a difference either. Just happy with the results.

I guess I own their summer home, now they move to the fall range... they'll be back when the corn gets cut.

I wear sitka outer wear and under armour under it, when it's warmer out I have a pair of cabelas alaskan guide pants, and I'll just wear a under armour quater zip top. I've walked pretty far in the cold with a climber on my back, in those cases I leave my jacket off until I get to the right tree. I recommend under armour for base layers.

I looked up witchgrass, that looks like it. I'm assuming it was my fault, I disced after my last spraying. Assuming I turned up these seeds. More learning I guess, only my 2nd shot at a plot. Try try again. -

I'm thinking of taking the course and getting my license next year to try and lesson the coyote population. I'll be taking notes this year from this thread. Goodluck!

Twice last week I had a flock of hens and poults in the woods or corn field. I'd say the flock is around 12-15 birds.

I have huntstand, it shows property boundries, I have all my stands on it. It gives wind direction throughout the day so u can see if it will Chang while on stand. There's more that I haven't used yet but seems like a decent app.
