Just went out today and picked up ever calm to try this weekend. Wind won't be the best for most of my stands so hope this helps.

I say hunt it unless the wind that we are getting isn't what your stands are setup for. By me in 8g it's not going to be the usual wind direction, so some stands are off the list for me. It's a great time to have that buck patterned but at the same time u don't want to spook him the first weekend and end up not seeing him again. So if the wind is good for your stand location go for it, if not try a different spot.

It's been more than a month but this was my last cam check, hopefully he comes out a little earlier Saturday. Unfortunately I'm still gettin pics of these a$$ holes. Need to get one of them mounted so maybe a twofer this weekend!

In ur other post you stated ur in the 8g area, you will have no problem getting dmp's for 8g. As far as exchanging that won't work, u can sign them 9ver to someone else and someone else can give u tags. When the leftover dmp's come up nov.1st I believe, I'll have a extra for 8g if u want one.

I'm in 8g, you have the Iroquois preserve u can hunt, I've never hunted there so I can't help with how to and where. Also Darien state land is another place you can go. There u sign in and ur good to go. Fishing there's obviously lake Ontario, there's some small lakes like lake glenwood near medina. I felt he did ok, but I wish he would have pushed harder on the emails. Also when she brought up gun control and he was talking about how many people have died in Chicago it would have been nice to point out that they have some of the toughest gun laws in america. Gotta watch vines, my woods are filled with vines. Unfortunately most are poison oak, I learned the hard way when hanging tree stands and cutting vines out of my way. This is our 2nd year on the property and I have gotten used to itching lol.

I've never been in a league like this. I believe the format may be like, 1qb, 2 rb,2wr, k, def, and a flex maybe. And it takes the highest total for those off your lineup. As far as adding and dropping again not sure.

Theirs leagues called best ball leagues where u draft a team and never make moves or put a lineup in. It just takes ur total points scored and that's it.

Speaking of the under armour ordeal, this guy does alot with spears too so if u don't like spears avoid him.

Why do u say that. Farthest shot I ever took was 40 yards on a feeding doe, she made 50 yards. I respect the animal to much to just send a "hail marry" shot. Everyone assuming he took a hail Mary shot is just saying crap because they can't make that shot. 90% of hunters shouldn't attempt a shot half that distance, and if u respect the animal u wont, and if u don't trust urself dont. That simple why everyone has to b a "armchair quaterback" on this is crazy. He made a fatal shot on an animal, that's it.I hope to do the same in 2 weeks just at hopefully at around 20-30 yards.

Is the problem that it's on you tube? He has a TV show on the sportsman's chanel I believe. You should watch it and understand who he is and how great of a shot he is. Who knows if he attempts that shot all the time, at that moment he felt comfortable with it.
