  1. I love my Prime but after my Halon I don’t think I’ll ever get a split limb design bow. They say it helps with balance but that’s hogwash
  2. So sorry for your passing never easy loosing a loved one and I’m sure he will always remain in your thoughts. RIP Mr First-Light
  3. Ok so a little story for some of you that may have missed this or running with the bulls in Spain. @turkeyfeathersreceived this photo from someone he doesn’t know of a buck near Arrow dr. Of course we were all in awe over it’s size. Probably a week later I was driving down Genesee street and noticed a big deer hit by a car. After a group text between Biz, Treeguy, Larry , and TF they convinced me to turn around and snap off his horn. When I approach the animal one side was already missing. I managed to get the other side of him. What do you all think this deer scored?
  4. Faster than grease lighting? It’s a nocam I can run faster lol
  5. Of course I’m down to like 3 arrows
  6. Tacs now your home we can have a meeting next Tuesday. Thanks to Jeremy we now have a full force tech division
  7. Last 2 dodge trucks I had both rotted around the wheel wells. Last 2 chevys zero rust but I only keep a truck for 5-7 years. My 2018 has under spray done and linex so time will yell or it’s the next guys problem
  8. That looks nice wonder how steep the terrain is around there
  9. Haven’t read all the other posts but I have a Halon the first year they came out. When I bought it I shot all the other brands and the Mathews back wall was the best. Also was very dead in hand just felt really good. After I got my Prime I noticed that I prefer the longer ATA and then felt like the Mathews was a little left to right to hold. I’m a taller guy so I think the longer ATA helps me. Best advice I can give you is shoot them all and leave name brand and loyalty in the parking lot. Archery talk has some great deals at times but the disadvantage to that is ya can’t shoot them first . Good luck
  10. Taco Tim , Jeremy K , Lawdawz, and myself fun time shooting passing stories around can’t wait for next week hopefully no rain
  11. At the academy waiting for the crew thought I’d take the time to post up first shot @20 yards
  12. My observation is cars are trophy hunters. A couple of us on a group text passed this picture around that TF sent out. Found him a few days later. After some convincing from Tree Guy & Biz I pulled over to snap his only side
  13. I remember one time during the grand passage, thousands of birds all day long and had dinner plans. No way in hell I was leaving to go to dinner. The couch and my wife’s demeanor was as cold as ice that night...
  14. Brilliant!! Best of luck with your project
  15. I have one still in the box along with a pergola. Had a paver patio done last year and my plan is a outdoor kitchen but work has been crazy all summer and haven’t had a chance to work on projects around the house. I went to a party that had two of these ovens and was catered by a guy who builds them. Not cheap and the only reason I got one cause wife fell in love with the idea.
  16. A stay bullet can get you on the ground more than in a tree.
  17. I must admit I’ve only been using a harness for about 5 or 6 years now. I know very stupid of me not to and I guess I’m lucky also, but now I’m always wearing one. And I am just as mobile with my sticks and hang on as the guy who hunts on the ground. After doing it so many times it’s a breeze
  18. Nice saw I have a Stihl also but love my Husky much more
  19. Would be funny if you hit your own lighted nock
  20. Why they fired him after the run they made last year is beyond me. So what he made some mid season mistakes he made up for them by taking them farther last year than anyone expected.
  21. Fire Boone right now this team stinks
  22. I gotta think it was just a bad day cause that place never disappoints
  23. Yes the beer was fantastic however I couldn’t be more disappointed with the Goat these days. Service was lousy and the wings were down right horrible. Any WNY’er knows big wings suck and these things were on steroids. I haven’t have a good meal in weeks and thought you can’t go wrong with Bere Bere but I can’t stand big wings. Check out pick . I’m back to Sals until they get that shit figured out !!!
