The poison ivy doesn't have to be on you. It could have brushed against your clothes and then you transfer it when you hold him. When you have a new baby, every friend and relative wants to hold him/her. I was advised to always carry a linen cloth/blanket and when someone asks to hold the baby, I say sure...so as long as they let me drape that cloth over their shoulder. There is also something now called third hand smoke that scientist wasn't aware of before. The smoke from a cigar or cigarette drops residue onto places such as the walls and more importantly, the clothes. That's why you can smell when someone had smoked even a couple of days later. Well, what happens is someone will go out for a quick smoke, come back in then carry the baby and the baby's face will be pressed up against his/her shirt and breathe in that residue. If you have friends or relatives that smoke, tell them that if they want to go out for a quick smoke to put on a light jacket, towel, or blanket, and then take it off when they come back in so that the residue isn't carried in.

I agree with you but in this particular case it wasn't a refugee. The guy (EDIT: The pond scum) had a dual-citizenship in France and Tunisia and has been living in Nice, France for some time.

A group does it in NYC as well. Apparently possible diseases doesn't seem to scare them.

People who walk into an elevator but don't go all the way in. Instead, stops right at the door and turns around and won't move because they simply have to be the first ones out. This happens on subway trains too. People who don't walk in a straight line. They zig zag. Walking around a crowded city is like driving a car. General there is an un written order. The people who make sudden stops in the middle of the street instead of stepping off to the side would be the equivalent to slamming on your breaks in the middle of the highway because you saw something interesting. The person who zig zags is equivalent to someone swerving between lanes. People who are right next to a trash can but throw their garbage on the floor. I understand posting a selfie in front of something to sort of prove you were there but people who post selfies of themselves but leaves a comment that has absolutely nothing to do with their selfie. They'll post a comment like "feeling blessed for another wonderful day" and it's a picture of their face. Basically any excuse they can find to show another picture of themselves. I'll stop here otherwise the list will get a bit long.
