Even worst so. It's like staying with a black and white TV and then complaining that the new 3D high definition movie doesn't look as good on it. As website designers and programmer continue to design their products with the assumption that you are using the latest operating systems, eventually your operating system won't support anything that on the internet anymore. Unfortunately with technology you have to move with the pace that the rest of the world is moving if you're going to use the stuff the rest of the world is using.

Scout constantly. Even during the season. It might take you a couple of seasons to get a feel of a public land. Not only do you need to know how the deer habits are normally but also how they react when the orange army shows up. Go deep. Deeper than others are willing. Especially after the first few days. With that scouting information, you can set yourself up for when the orange army pushes the deer to you. The public lands around me allow you to leave tree stands but all tree stands must have some ID/info on it and removed at the end of the year for rangers remove it for you at the end of the season if you know what I mean. But public land also attracts all kinds of characters. Leave stuff at your own risk. Natural ground blinds are the best.

Windows 10 is fine. My only issue with Windows 10 is that they make it too user friendly and by that I mean they force a lot of control on you. For example, I still always use the on Windows 7 style control panel and I always uncheck "Let Windows manage your printers", etc.

I've been doing a lot of IP camera installations lately as we're upgrading the analog camera system at work to IP cameras but I'm not an expert. For home use, Nest is awesome. But they're expensive. It's $200 per camera and you have to pay a monthly fee per camera if you want to record to the cloud. That being said, they give you a ton of storage and a pretty cool app on you phone. Person I set it up for has a house in London and one in NYC and anywhere in the world where she gets internet connection, she can open the app and see live video of both homes. For work, we use Milestone (super expensive) and HikVision (cheap enough for home use...note: it's a Chinese company). But even HikVision is more expensive than your traditional home systems but you also pay for what you get. Also note: Most of these DVRs and NVRs uses standard computer hard drives so sometimes it's more cost effective to buy an empty DVR and then buy a hard drive from some where else and insert it yourself.

I have 2 cards that I rotate based on which one will give me the most point on any particular purchases. I try my best to use my card any and every time I could. Again, it's free money. As mentioned, if I was going to spend $100 on utilities, I just use my card then spend the $100 paying off the card right away. In that transaction, if I spend just cash, I spend $100. If I use the card, I also spend $100 but come away with some points towards free stuff. So it's $100 and nothing or $100 and some free stuff? Because of that, I've become a point hog. A dinner outings, I'll offer to pay with my card and have everyone else hand me their portions in cash. I save up all my points and blow it all in one shut. Two years ago I bought round trip airfare for me, my wife, my son, and my brother all off of points. Right now I have over 260K points. One of my cards also waives all foreign transaction fees so if you travel a lot, it is well worth it. Sacred of identity theft? I've had someone made some purchases on my card before. I called the bank. They said "oh snaps...we'll send you a new card and refund you the money." Conversation must have lasted 2 minutes tops. Where does the bank make their money? They skim 2% off the top. Most places, the retailer takes the hit, not you. Big retailers understand that's the cost of business going forward. They would lose more revenue if they refuse cards and 2% isn't much to them. That's why some small mom and pop shops will charge you more if you use a card.

A bystander was shot in the leg. He avoids jail time by pleading guilty to 3rd degree assault charges. https://www.denverpost.com/2018/12/21/chase-bishop-dancing-fbi-agent-pleads-guilty/ -

I have a feeling there's going to be a murder real soon and Larry's handgun is going to be involved and we're all going to be called in to testify on his alibi.

Only had one ever respond. He came out of his hole in a tree on to the branch to take a look. Haven't ever gotten a response any other time.
