    Ive watched a bunch of elk hunts on youtube and it really gets you wanting to do this... I sure wish I would have done this earlier in life cause there's no way I would be able to pack out something without lots of help or an outfitter.

    Pulled venison.... Crockpot on low for 18 hours, orange juice, sweet baby rays and a touch of liquid smoke. I like it smothered in horseradish... Good stuff

    I managed to keep 4 weeks of vacation this year.... Ill have 11 days in a row starting halloween then another 10 days in a row for opening week of gun. Bring it on!
