Started hunting at 5 as alot of family did so heritage first.time in the woods is my peaceful place and getaway.im the only one in the household who eats the meat so share with family

Had the same thing yesterday morning.got out of stand and noticed a spike that had snuck in behind me at 70yrds.dont know how he didnt see me first off.he went out into the field as i got into position i grunted.just looked and kept grazing.jumped him as he went to bed down and i tried to sneak around him.got down fast and grunted more.watched him slowly walk off as if nothing happened.weird for sure

Cooked steak,red onion n green pepper together.chopped up steak n tossed in country sweet.toasted with prov/mozz.hit the spot for sure!the GF liked it so points on this one

Rain rain rain rain.yuck!been feelin ick the past few days.wake up this morn feelin like its starting to go into my chest.good ole bronchitis every dam hunting season!!guess id rather have it happen now then the gun opener.was looking forward to getting out tomorrow morn but may just sit it out n go to work instead.need some deer down to make up for the lost time!!!

Nice shootin and memories that will last forever.im sure still many more to come.havent hunted birds in years.i remember when i was younger(only 25 now) i would go with family out into to cut corn fields for geese on farmland down the road.would have a blind set up for me and id practice calling em in.no gun at that time as i was still too young but thought it was the best thing!!!

8-16'.have a half ladder stand i put in patch of pines i hunt alot every year.have had many deer come in regardless.can tell a difference on them seeing you though.slowww timed movements
