No that would be illegal. Cant harvest while they are in the water. However you can use a sprinkler to entice them into joyfully playing in it on a hot October day. I always get (2) 8G Tags as its the only area I hunt. I could sign one over to you for the early season if come Nov. 1st you sign one of yours back to me. This way your covered for the early season.

After the rifle range session we stopped at the local park to fish their pond and had a blast. Fished for just over 2 hours and between the three of us we caught at least 15 fish. Most being sunnies and bluegills. Caroline my youngest at 6 got the fish of the day a nice little bass. I’m also proud to say she mad the cast and set the hook all by herself.
