Since I moved over the winter and don’t have any land work to do for the time being, Ive been keeping myself busy tinkering with my Hellcat, joined a car club and teaching myself how to shoot and edit together videos. I thought Somme of you would enjoy seeing the progress on the car and some of the videos I’ve been putting together.

Ok, I’ll take them. Let’s figure out a time for me to come get them or meet up. -

Rob, do you still have that second set? If so, where are you located? My Viking could use a couple of new tires. -
Many of you know of my Remington 700 VTR that I bought years ago and hunted with up until last season. The reason why I stopped hunting with it was because I had become disgusted with the factory Remington finish constantly rusting. Before last season, I sent it out for Cerakote, and when I got it back, I just couldn’t bring myself to drop it back into the original stock. I since hemmed and hawed at what stock I was going to buy for it. I thought Long and hard about a laminated stock, and ordered one, but it just didn’t look quite right and was heavier than I really wanted. I sent that one back and ended up ordering a Magpul Hunter stock in a similar green color as the factory stock. The other day it came in and I dropped the action in. It’s just what I wanted looks, feel and weight wise. The lines of the stock go very well with the triangulated barrel, and it doesn’t weigh much more than original. The stock is adjustable lengthwise and has an interchangeable cheek riser. Now the rifle is bedded and free floated, with full Cerakote and the Timney trigger. The last additions will be studs for the sling and bipod (if I choose to use one), and I have a detachable magazine kit on the way. I enjoyed hunting with my 300 Win Mag last year, but that Gun is awfully long and not ideal for still hunting, which is one of my favorite ways to hunt. I’ll be glad to have my little 308 back with me in the field this season. Can’t wait to get her finished up and sighted in!

To the “guest” that keeps reporting posts in the forums, and telling us we should delete peoples accounts, etc. We will make determinations on that kind of thing on our own. I am actually not even going to consider looking at the reports that come from anyone other than our members anyway, so you’re wasting your time.

Just Google it, a quick search gives you an explanation of what it is, and also all kinds of articles about those messages being fake news. https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/janelytvynenko/dont-believe-stafford-act-texts -

I, and my team could easily, and actually more efficiently, run the whole company's IT structure from home. I would have far less people disturbing me while Im in the middle of something by walking into my office. -

Our company has done the same. No visitors on the property, no non-essential travel, no face to face meetings with vendors, etc. Our annual leadership meeting/event has been postponed indefinitely, you have to notify your manager if you do any travel on your own time, etc etc. My #1 priority right now is to shore up and expand our capability for people to remote in and work from home. -

Race has nothing to do with it from what Ive seen. We have a mix of different races, etc here and there are offenders from every race. -

Dont get me started on how gross alot of people are. Every day at work, I see people leave the shitter and walk right out the door without washing their hands. Even more of them I see at the sink, getting their hands wet, but not using soap. Lots of people that dont seem like they would be that way. Im pretty close to going from handshakes to fist bumps at this point. -

Same here. We cant even have face to face meetings with vendors now. I was supposed to go to a Sabres game tonight with a vendor and had to cancel. With the way the Sabres are playing, that might be a blessing in disguise. Our company has even said that if you are going on any personal vacation, you have to give travel details to them so they can determine if you can come back to work after your vacation is over. If they deem that you have to stay away for 2 weeks, it comes out of your vacation time. -
Its a 1.5lb first stage with a 4.5lb second stage. Ive used them before, they are nice. DPMS was bought up a few years ago by the Freedom Group, aka Remington. I have read that Remington is looking to focus on their Remington and Marlin brands and doing away with the rest. Its a shame really. Bushmaster will also get the axe.
-
DPMS makes a really nice rifle. If I had more room in my safe, Id probably pick one of them up, its an awesome price for it. It has their 2 stage trigger, which is nice, a carbon fiber fore end, Magpul furniture and a teflon coated barrel. I might buy one anyway lol

I think I still have mine around. My dad gave it to me when I was 11 IIRC. I had a small arsenal of different BB and pellet guns.
