I do the necks in the slow cooker like you would do pork for pulled pork. The ribs go to the yotes. -

12 out of the population up here isnt even a dent. -
Nice! Hes already on your hit list I assume?

I think you missed his point. If crossbow hunters (ones that dont or cant hunt with vertical bows in the early bow season) are relegated to firearms season, they just may be out scouting while people are bow hunting. Even "accomplished" hunters need to scout, and I would not stop scouting a month and a half before the season starts.

Any ex cops or judges on here ?
WNYBuckHunter replied to carloracer1987's topic in General Chit Chat
Yes, that sounds correct. I got one once for a trailer I had just purchased and was taking home. The judge tossed it, but only because i had the receipt with the date on it. -
Sorry for your loss NFA

Yep, if You make their outdoor lives miserable enough, they might spring for the fence and you wont have to lol. Id be mowing the lawn and running the weed whacker and leaf blower all the time.

Did you see what the recall is about? Its BS that they were forced into it if you ask me. They actually have less of a chance of a fire than other vehicles in the same class.

Hahaha, sounds about right. The toys will return eventually. You guys realize mud makes rust worse right? Lol (my truck is coated in mud as I type this)

Questions about new food plot sites

Thats what we are figuring to do. Im going to stop down this weekend and collect soil samples to send in to Biologic, then we are going to hit the spots with round up. We have some time before we have to plant so we should be ok. Question. When you spray the round up, I need to wait to have a couple of dry days in a row, correct? -

Good year for apples?
WNYBuckHunter replied to NYBuckHunter27's topic in Land Management, Food Plots and QDM
We checked the trees on the farm the other day, not much for apples at all. The one tree that always has them, theres not a single apple on it. I still have a few more trees to look at, but its not looking good there. I havent checked up at my dad's place yet. -
Uhhhhhhhhhh.......not what I expected.....lol

2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport. Hemi of course. Doesnt do bad on gas for what it is, and it will pull anything I need it to and then some. It also has the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in, and that includes every high end luxury car Ive ever been in.

Questions about new food plot sites
WNYBuckHunter replied to WNYBuckHunter's topic in Land Management, Food Plots and QDM
Nice. Im not sure what we are going to plant in the more established plots yet. There is clover everywhere, as the guy I hunt with frost seeded all of the trails on the property a couple years ago. It needs to be done again, but no real point in doing clover plots with how much is on the property already. -

Questions about new food plot sites

Mike, when do you want to come out and take a peek with me? I havent had a chance to show you around yet anyhow. Im not worried about permission for this place falling through. The guy I am doing this with has been hunting the place for over 30 years, and the property owners love me. Id really have to screw the pooch to get the boot. -
