I got into a discussion today with another hunter. I thought i understood this, could someone confirm my understanding, or please take the time to enlighten me. I was under the impression that regardless of the season: bow, xbow, rifle, ml/bow (late), antler restrictions of at least 3 points 1 inch or greater are required on one side of a buck in our region. This is for an adult, not discussing youth hunts. I looked it up on line and the DEC website states it includes all seasons. Help me out here, thanks. Sent from my SM-G900T3 using Tapatalk

They are, but if you get it down to a system, raking the meet off of the blade aren't to time consuming, and I don't use anything below the knee caps Sent from my SM-G900T3 using Tapatalk

I would call a supervisor and explain the situation, and then advise who you spoke with and then relay what he said to you and ask him if that's how he expects to get a better relationship between legal hunters and the DEC Sent from my SM-G900T3 using Tapatalk

I have an older, don't even know if it is still produced, 280 Rem in a model 700 BDL mountain rifle, with a Nikon 2-7 on it. Very light, flat shooting, tack driver. I would say my favorite non 30 cal all around gun. Sent from my SM-G900T3 using Tapatalk
