    I use BnB and plant no earlier then august 1st but once the 1st gets just wait and plant before rain

    thats the issue they dont have parents well at least like we define parents, no structure no rules , no guidance no respect go through syracuse or any city there will be 12yr olds and younger at 2am running the street, and in this day and age theres nothing the police or anyone can do to control it, and as far as HS education sad to say by 14 yrs old many of these kids are a lost cause the street life has them

    what do u care as long as its a legal business, not my type of thing but honestly why does it bother you, im guessing it does the way you asked your question? some guy is making a living do what he likes and working hard

    if the laws that are on the books were fully enforced by the courts and locked criminals up that would go a long way, and we didnt treat criminals with kid gloves and handcuff the cops , let the police do there job, but the issue is criminals have no real concern over punishment or jail in NY

    im not overly fond of snakes but will say this i have alot of them around camp and they seem to keep the mice way down, maybe 2 or 3 mice get trapped in fall winter at thats all that is ever in camp, i think the snakes get the little ones as soon as there born have seen several times snakes with lil furless baby mice in there mouth

    nice dont be surprised if you got to kill more weeds, if thats not been turned before im sure the seed bed of weeds is thick but looks really good

    deer dont eat rye grass, they will eat rye grain, most throw in grow stuff is poor choice and they do put rye grass as a filler to make the buyer think they grew a good plot, some have rye grain , all the seed types are listed on bag

    no matter what you plant you got to get soil contact, oats, rye grain , clover , alfafa would all be stuff he could cut,,,,i would plant oats or rye after last cutting,

    last year on a piece i hunt farmer did a late cut just before october prior to the cut nothing to see a dozen or more deer after and through bow very few deer showed im guessing that it did not have enough warm weather to re-grow tender growth the deer like

    Larry hit it the nail on the head if hunters cant get to the deer they cant harvest them there are numerous smaller villages in cny that cull deer in late winter because hunters cant get on the property, and these urban deer arnt as dumb as many think if a piece of property gets hunting pressure they just move to the next wooded lot where they are not pressured

    this wont effect me but dont see it ruining any of bow season the last few yrs ive learned to really like late muzzel loader after a few days of gun being closed and the pressure drops deer are all over they get back into day light patterns quick

    all sound good to me not in the area with early doe season, can see people not liking that but at the same time if in fact population is that high gotta do something, and dont really see it effecting deer movement, much after things calm down in a week after it closes

    Pleeeeease do a little research show me where anyone can be brought before the judge that night on minor crime in NY unless a warrant of arrest is issued update this year , pleeeease show me "Destruction of Property Section of law,,, show the sub section of CriminaTrespass,,, prove me wrong and is all im asking

    ok i can see state calling the DEC for this issue but no one goes in front of a judge that night anymore for minor crimes in NY read the updated NY CPL thats criminal procedure law and im not ATb ugh read whos posting ,,, either you got poor info or may be confused what u heard im guessing the later

    oh.... no charges lol,,,,,so u had to call three people not to file charges, got it....and why would "we" speak with the judge if no charges....because i dont get that if there was some gray area,, the Co.Da office would be consulted to see what charges may or may not apply, not the judge,,,

    im just asking luberhill for some of the sections of law to clear it up,,, that u charged as you would have needed to file a written statement as the victim. without a written statement there is no case nor charges....and if a violation of trespass was charged you would need to sign a criminal complaint or the judge would have to issue a criminal summons

    It should be on the criminal complaint you or the officer filled out and would have got copy of from the arresting officer

    luberhill please show me the section under what sub division "CRIMINAL TRESPASS WAS CHARGED, and the section of law labled "Destruction of Property"
