I think you both are little off not saying im 100%, but theres no charge that is labeled destruction of property, that would be criminal mischief, and again no way criminal trespass applies to unfenced land, just trespass to totally diffrenet sections of law, and i think ATb is arguing more of what he feels is what would hold up in court and on some points hes right things get thrown out for any number of reasons and pleaded out thats how the system works,,, im saying every incident is different

ok luberhill never ever heard of criminal trespass under envirometal conservation law and just tried looking it up you got a section just under nys penal law and criminal trespass for land requires at the very least an enclosed fence

did you really look up NYS Penal section 140.05 pretty easy to find

ok again thats right, but again thats nys encon law, NYS pl 140.05 only requires that you knowingly enters or remains unlawfully,,,, Let me put two cases and see if u understand, #1 a guy is on piece of property say next to state land there are no posted signs , owner finds him the guy says i had no idea im sorry i was on state land i thought and leaves,,,,, #2 a guy is on piece of property surrounded by other private property again no signs and sees the landowner who tries to contact him but the guy takes off running, when the guy is located by landowner or police , its found that he has no permission to be on any property in the area, and has parked his truck in manner to conceal his entry to private land, In #2 he has shown knowledge that he knew that he was not to be on the property and thus PL trespass .......I will totally agree threre is a much stronger case if a prior warning was given

ok guys do you know criminal trespass is not the same charge as trespass, trespass is a violation, criminal trespass is a misdeameanor and normally deals with buildings, gates, dwellings etc.....and some people are right the court may toss the charge at times but at the time you got the ticket u were arrested and there would have to be probable cause for said ticket/arrest to take place.......again each case is specific to the incident

hmmm im a republican but yes people had pepper spray, people had bats and other hand weapons and yes they stormed the capitol broke out doors and windows and over powered a police line and tore barricades down, you sound like the left news saying BLM protests were peaceful as there was buildings in the back ground a blaze.

OK there is ECON Law and NYS Penal they are not the same thats what i think people are getting hung up, No signs needed under penal law, and either one can be enforced by any law enforcement, but each senerio is not the same

i would think if it was voltage regulator u would see that the battery not getting charged or an over charge.... at least thats what i found ,,, i would go with a short in kill switch or ignition does it happen when your turning that would cause wire harness to move .....

Nomad cant agree with 24/7 as at times u have real victims of a serious crime that should not have to share there lives with the world but i do think that more incidents like this should be released as they are daily rants that the police put up with, I can say this from real life experience this was not out of the ordinary to deal with this at least once a week

not at camp theres a couple older guys 70+ that got the shot in fact everyone else has but why push our luck because he didnt get shot, he can hunt just wont be at camp

well my buddy and his wife said no wouldnt get were young under 40 we wont get sick, now she is pretty sick and has the covid and he is under quarentine so no opening weekend turkey camp for him.... he regrets it now.... just saying

ive looked all over nada in cny, and even on-line nada, you may have to use any shot shell you can find maybe a waterfowl load but finding an actual turkey load will be tuff and very lucky keep your shots within in 30yards and any shot will actally do the job imo, lots of birds have been killed with plain old 2 3/4 upland bird loads
