In a week or so, we'll have a nice warm rain. All will turn green. Turkey season will be upon us. Watching the woods green is always nice. Prior years thoughts always get me through these, not so nice times.
They had the new 3040 Alfalfa seed last year developed at Cornell. They had a partial bag opened with a fair price, so I went and bought it. The drought keep me from planting last August, but would like to get it in as soon as this weather breaks this spring.
You're right with the garbage cans. I keep forgetting the age we live in now. We worry about things like this, though we keep eating far worst chemicals in the foods we buy off the store shelves. Good luck to your last few days of production. MN is going to help u out for the next few anyways.
I have a spot on the knoll that could be plowed right now. Soil temps at 47 degree. Use to be planted to potatoes until I give up giving them away. Like to get in some early oat. Make some great early grass for deer, and some nice seed for me. Think MN has other ideas today.
