Looks like a nice hold over fish.

Probably last steelhead trip of the season. Water was to low for swinging spey but nymphing was good . Landed 6 for the trip buddy got 2 .

48 hours after second pheizer ... outside of shot site tenderness mild headache .... all good ... perhaps I didn't notice any symptoms do to the fact I spent 2 days fishing steelhead...

The amish kids up here in southern tier sell pigeons on Craigslist. Check pultry auctions as well . Yea I know ... amish and Craigslist... who knew...

2nd pheizer shot .

Woke up about midnight charley horse in shot arm . Mild headache at 5 am this morning . Doing ok .. drank alot of water and popping Tylenol every 6 hours.

Got my second pheizer shot today an hour ago ... 2 weeks or so to get full effect as per nurse. Hoping I dont get the post shot side effects. I'm going steelhead fishing for a couple days .

As I recall in 2009 when I purchased my lifetime the doe permits were free with lifetime sportsman . That fall they raised the lifetime license and did away with the free dmp.

My life time payed for itself in 6years . Sportsmans at the time was $500. That was over 10 years ago. I still buy my archery and muzzleloader tags . When I got my sportsmans it still covered the cost of the doe tags. I'm pretty sure current lifetimes doesn't cover doe tags anymore.

Nephew is on Catherine's creek. Said it was pretty crowded water was off color but fairly low . Hooked 3 landed 2 . Complained it was hard to get away from the crowds. He asked one guy if he planned on fishing in his hip pocket all day or did he want to cuddle . I don't know where he gets it from ..

True may flies this early in the sun ... blue quill or quill Gordon's . Alot of black stonefly this week on the creek by the house Nice fish .

Ithaca is about as liberal as it gets ... I know alot of people that moved to get away from the taxes and and politics. The city has been taken over by the colleges and their employees. Makes me sick to see a murderer ... a cop killer to get out of jail. Then to put him on a police reform committee is like a slap in the face to the family of the officer he murdered.

Ok so I looked it up . Says garlic can handle down to the 20s. We have 3 days next week 20degrees or less over night for my area. I went out and lifted the straw a bit and let it fluff back down . Trying to let some air to the plants . The yellow plants were matted down pretty much. We had snow a little over a week ago on the garden. At one point there was almost 5 foot of snow on the garden this winter .

My garlic is up ... how long do I leave the straw over it ... some ofbit is nice and green but others are yellow. .. yellow seems to be wetter.

My question then is how can dsr on the salmon river block people from fishing with out paying ? I understand floating through. It is public water way. It was used as a commercial water way and I kayak could go through... I guess it matters who you are and how much money you have .

First shot 2 weeks ago Pfizer. Had the neck pain / headache for a couple of days. Just thought I slept the wrong way and pinched a nerve. Probably the micro chip migrating .
