Culver beat me too it but I just want to add the wing nut started the thread and then the other one followed pursuit with post #2. But honestly the biggest wing nut is the guy you call your president.

Like it or not, we've got 4 more years of this guy. 56 million people can't be wrong. Worst case of the flu; got it on election night.

It just tells me 56 million people like a free ride is all. You know why Romney lost this election? Pretty simple as soon as he said in his campaign "I will put americans back to work" 51% of the population said FOCK that! :)

I have been trying to bring people back to work for last 3 months and they are declining becasue they have unemployment left and have pulled money out of their pensions (10's of thousands)These wer positions that were paying 34-38 and hour. In March they will be calling to go back to work when the cash runs out and they won't have enough monry for gas to get to the first weeks work. Happens every year but is a lot worse since the benefits have beeb extended so much.

As an Employer there is no mechanism to report a declined position to stop benefits.

yeah I suppose you could be right.. I think I should change my statement to "Obama doesn't own the guns in that picture" Kenyons don't usually hunt with rifles.. spears and blowguns... but not rifles.

I let a couple of them this week know they have over a weeks vacation left this year and gave the choice to take it before the year runs out or just get payed for the remaining vacation time. I was a bit surprised with the response. They didnt want the vacation pay and wanted to take the time off but not get paid for it either. I couldnt figure out why in the world they didnt want the time or the money around the holidays. Answer if they get payed for it they would be over the top to get aid. Then I had another one who turned in there review and was due for a raise, they declined the raise, so I offered it as a bonus instead, declined again. Same reason. Why better yourself if the government is going to do it for you. Unreal the way things are now days.
