Do you realize that just about everybody, will have their annual maiden voyage into winter's ugliness at a time when holiday traffic and shopping is at it's heaviest. We usually get eased into this crap with a few minor snow accumulations before we get thrown into holiday traffic. I hope everyone gets acclamated to the bad road conditions in a hurry this year. Just be careful!

i cant believe its winter again, seems like last weekend when i climbed into my treestand lightly dressed for the opening of bow season and it was in the low 60s sunny and the leaves on the trees were full of color and just starting to fall??

We had about three inches of rain last night. No snow as of yet.

Coming up the hill tonight the posi-traction was in full swing....A tad scary seeing I've never driven a vehicle with this feature before...God speed to everyone venturing out tomorrow...We are due from 10in's by tomorrow...Vans going to town...that has studded snows on it.....

Got a fresh layer last eve. Roads not bad. Beautiful white. I always like to see the fresh snow covering the colored Christmas lights on the bushes and trees in dark. Perfect, Merry Christmas everyone!
