Wow looks like he wants the banks to discriminate against who they can and can't lend money to. I have never been to Chicago but after seeing what the people of Chicago elected for mayor I would never won't to go there.

What a Joke!! I guess its easier to shift the blame rather than answer the question "why is it that Chicago has the stricktest gun laws in the nation yet their gun violence/ murder rate is through the roof?" To ask that question would bring too much attention to the real problem which is inner city career criminal gang banging scum shooting each other, and innocent people caught in the crossfire, with their illegal guns.
