Bed Bath & Beyond Bucks

Last night I got to see bucks in velvet. Not one but a bachelor group of 3. And they all had very impressive racks. Guess what.... they werent up at camp. I saw them where I live in Staten Island behind a Bed Bath & Beyond.  I always knew they were here in Staten Island and I have seen does here and there but never bucks like this. Awesome  sighting. My wife thought I was crazy when I saw these deer lol.

Very cool... During the hunting season I see them behind the kohls shopping center... obviously a no hunting area... but definately cool to watch!

Yep no hunting, no coyotes, lots of cover means lots of old deer.  These guys are gonna get big.

Cool...... Oddly enough, over the past several years I have seen a few killer bucks behind the local gander MTN. Last week I almost hit a doe and her little fawn, as I was cutting through. They popped out of nowhere. I hit the breaks and the fawn went one way...mom the other.

my honey hole is behind a stop and shop and the advance auto parts store.. nobody hunts there except me and my buddy.; We get big ol slob every year.

Some real big deer in Westchester I go and watch every night,they well die of old age or get hit by a car no hunting here either,there are some coyotes but thats it.

Ha!! Interesting title. Backyard bucks - gotta love them.

Then when you tell non-hunters how hard they are to get (the big ones)then they explain how they drink out of their garden hoses.

Very cool!!!  In "No Hunting" zones deer are great for observation!  Especially so close to home!!!  Nice!  Like that post Woodsman20!!!
