In my stand again. The rain is gone and the air is cold. Should be a good day. I picked up dim esterous scent yesterday so in giving it a shot today. Hopefully the big guy comes back.

been on stand since 6am. had 3 does come in with a spike chasing... im pulling an all day sit so we will see what  happens.

Man is it cold today. Slow too. Haven't seen anything this afternoon yet. I'm starting to just be looking forward to the batch of chili in the crock pot at home. Mmmmmmmmmmm.

Who is on stand today?.  This is killing me  stuck at work pulling my 12.5 hr work shift ,and its my long 4 day work week.  My last hunt on Saturday eve brought a big 9 point to with in 18 yd with no shot.  I cant get back out till Thursday Morning.        I will give it a go with my IP4 when I hit the stand. then I can read this post and reflect back as to how much better a  day on stand is to a good day at work.

it was ok, just had those 3 that morn with the spike running them... and like 20 turkeys on the evening thats about it... sort of un eventful really. its been pretty un eventful this season for me. im haning in there and hopefully i can punch this tag. i have been passing up on some smaller bucks and really hoping a doe gives me a shot.

Man I hate when dst ends. Had me all messed up today. I got to my stand a little late and had to snort wheeze at a group of does so I could climb up. Once light came I saw 14 deer out in the field feeding. When they exited the field it was not on the trail by me lol. Had a spoke walk by at 10 yards in my shooting lane. Would have been a chip shot.
